I stayed for 8 nights. I thought the rooms service was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely although I though the 20% tip on very expensive treatments was excessive for 1 hours work. The layout of the resort was not how I imagined. First off, overall, we LOVED this place and are returning at Thanksgiving. Agree w/BMK's Oct 2009 review regarding the rooms needing updating.
