I attended a business meeting here, and it was a nice stay. The views are nice and there are some great paths to walk around the resort. The casita was nice and comfortable. It was a decent walk from the room to the meeting rooms, which is definitely a negative when it is hot in June!!!

We've been to AZ a few times and always wanted to stay at The Boulders. We finally planned a trip with our two young-adult daughters and stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The villa we were given (# 631) far exceeded our expectations; very nice furnishings, a beautiful and large backyard with several types of cacti and other plants, very... More

We stayed at The Boulders thanks to the summer promotion sale. I looked forward to staying at this 5 star resort. The arrival procedure was confusing. We dropped the car off at the valet station and were told to go around front. We were unsure where "the front" was and where we needed to go for check in but figured... More

We stayed here years ago on a promotional rate and liked so when we returned to AZ and found a $99 rate in May we returned. It was great again. Large rooms in an almost surrealistic setting. We had a delightful dinner on the deck. Off season it is an incredible bargain.

I really wanted to like The Boulders Resort but they just fell short in areas that were important to me. The rooms are really nice and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the AC worked great. Now, the problems with the rooms- 1. How does a 4/5 star resort not have pay per view movies? It would have been... More

I wanted to provide 2 1/2 stars but it was not an option. I booked this past weekend as a "staycation" since I'd only been to the Boulders twice - for meetings. Understanding that there were renovations occurring (and the fact that I had been in the hotel industry and endured that firsthand) I knew that some things would be... More

We stayed 2 nights on a staycation. No where on their website did it say their main pool is closed for renovation. Seems sketchy. This would have been the closest pool to our room. This is a very spread out "campus," even more so than the wigwam. It felt more like a golf course community rather than a hotel. So... More

Too much money for the value!Beautiful property and staff is great but management is inattentive to needs and bad attitude.Maybe they should sleep in there own rooms with bug infestation to see how there customers feel.

The Boulders has one of the best locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! Beautiful rock formations, inviting casitas and a challenging and gorgeous golf course! Service at the resort was exceptional. The golf cart drivers, though super busy, were always at out door in record breaking time. How do they do that? Thank you Bob and Tim! Your service was superior!... More
