The location rocks ... the only hotel close (30 min drive) to the East entrance to the Grand Canyon ... an area far, far less crowded, especially in the A.M., than the entrance near Grand Canyon Village. BUT ... we stayed here ten years ago, and there is a definite need for some upgrades. The electric outlets, for instance, are... More

This was such a delightful surprise, we ended up staying two nights since it was close to our travel plans. The room was large, very clean, quiet and good value. The restaurant had good food, friendly staff and they took time to talk to you. The gift shop was fun to explore. Be sure to call the hotel if the... More

Totally loved the experience of staying here. The reception staff were so friendly, the room was HUGE and so clean. We had a lovely view over the canyon and bridge from the 2nd floor. The restaurant was AMAZING and such good value. The staff were great. There's nothing to do here for miles around but there's a gift shop to... More

First off, this hotel is in the middle of no where. There's a gas station, the hotel, and the restaurant in the hotel. It's a good place to stay if you are traveling to Page or the Grand Canyon and need someplace to stay in between. The restaurant is a little pricey but doesn't taste bad. The view is great... More

We stayed at the Cameron Trading Post for two nights, as it seemed to be the best bang for the buck for places near the Grand Canyon. And it served that purpose well, although you really have to drive about an hour from this hotel before you can get anywhere decent within Grand Canyon National Park, such as a trailhead.... More

This is a great stop-especially if you are heading north from the Valley. We stopped here for the night on a trip up to Monument Valley and again on a trip to Canyon de Chelly. This was a surprising little gem. The rooms are small, but cute and clean. The restaurant was EXCELLENT! You must eat there even if you... More

This is a wonderful place to stay not at all what we expected. The rooms are very nice, large and clean. The restaurant was very good, especially the fry bread. The entire staff are extremely nice and very friendly.

This place is great! Beautiful room. So big and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us. We called thirty minutes before we got there and they held a room for us without asking for a credit card. We wanted to stay two nights but they were booked with a tour group the next night. The young lady told... More

We did not know what to expect but was surprised at the quality and views from the room. The balcony overlooked the Little Colorado River canyon to the north. The trading post had all the tourist doodads and fine native American jewelry. The restaurant was good but the dinner portions were to large for older folks. Excellent start to visit... More

Great place, wish we had there more than 1 night. Located on the way to or from the east enterance to Grand Canyon. Nice big rooms, very clean and quite, in a beautiful area. Good service. Will stay again
