Generally speaking, the room was very clean. A few cobwebs, but nothing serious. Very quiet. Not often that you get double sinks in the bathroom area in a motel! Wifi reception was not good. Very large gift shop in connection with the hotel. Also, several tours originated from the hotel although we didn't take any.

WOW, we have been traveling from SC & this is the nicest place we've stayed at yet. $130 for 2 beds, $139 after tax. Rooms are very nicely decorated with Indian themed lamps, baskets & prints. Hotel looks new it's so clean. Great place to stop to rest & eat (dinner was good too) on your way to Grand Canyon.

We arrived at this hotel after a very long day of traveling. It did seem like an oasis in the desert. The staff was not very welcoming. Seemed like an imposition to check us in and answer our questions. Our room was comfortable, but the wifi was bad and cell reception was even worse. Since cell reception is so bad... More

Weather ran us out of The Grand Canyon early, so we were happy to find this sweet gem of a hotel. Thinking we may base our next visit here. Economical, clean, comfy and excellent staff. Check out the restaurant, too. Great view, from the dining room and many of the rooms.

The staff at this place are extremely nice and helpful. The receptionist was very professional and kind. Our room was huge but felt very warm at the same time. There're only two cons about this place, the shower is almost impossible to set up to the right water temperature and the wifi didn't work properly. Recommended

My mom and I stayed in one of the suites here. It was nicely decorated and a good size, although if you want to watch TV, the quality isn't very good. This is a nice place with a restaurant, post office, and a great gift shop with a lot of authentic Native art and jewelry. The downside is that Cameron... More

The bedsofa they supplied is totally worn out. An Adult cannot sleep on it. The matrass is so old and thin, it is impossible to sleep on . Their price is overrated , especialy if you know there is nothing around there. Maybe, you should drive some extra miles and find a room in Flagstaff or Tuba City.

Stayed here for one night on the way to monument valley. the staff were friendly and let us check in early for our room early at no additional cost. The room was a good size with very good WiFi. The restaurant was good value with very large portion sizes. Navajo taco was enough for 2 people! Overall a good experience... More

We've recently returned from the Grand Canyon - we had no reservations along the way (from Virginia) and always landed on our feet. During our trip nearing the GC - I got cold feet, and did call one of the lodges, as I was told on the blogs here, that the cancellation policies are generous and oftentimes vacancies become available.... I spent 3 nights here with a group of friends. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it is a good place to stay, although its somewhat expensive. Yes, the location is convenient to many beautiful places; that's why I was there! There were a couple of things that were irritating for me, especially considering their prices.... More
