The place should be closed by the health department. The room smelled like a septic tank. The water was brown - my dog was even reluctant to drink it. The bathroom floor was so filthy that our feet stuck to it.

Reserved room at the Good Nite Inn for me and my dog. The one guy at the desk had no clue I had made a reservation. He sends me over to The Travelers hotel (family owned I guess). Staff had my reservation. Checked in and was sent to the last building for animals. Two older men were struggling to open... More

Worst place I have stayed in last 2yrs. I travel all over the country, & sometimes I get a crummy room. MOST of the time I get friendly assistance, or a change in room. Not here. A/C putting out 1/2-cool air, room never got below 85 deg. Woman at desk completely NOT helpful, saying only, "it will come". When?? Next... More

The rooms were awful, they smelled, but we were so exhausted we didn't care. Having to walk up all those stairs with luggage is no fun. The rooms were so old they had actual keys...the bathroom was dingy & scary. But overall it was ok for the one night we needed it. The staff was ok, not overly friendly, just... More

Travelers Inn in Bullhead City Arizona was terrible. Mattresses were bricks with springs. Surrounded by barbed wire. Our admin has been sacked for booking us there. Bulldoze Travelers Inn Bullhead City Arizona. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts stamped out in the hallway.

We ended up stranded at this hotel with our 4 kids after our car broke down on our way back to Canada from our month driving around and living in Baja Mexico. This place made me want to go back to Tijuana! This is our first negative review, EVER. The manager/owner was the rudest, most unhelpful, and dishonest person we've... More

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. Not clean, stuff dirty stuff behind the bathroom door. Bed felt like we were sleeping on hard cardboard. Couldn't get the room dark; so it was like sleeping in daylight. No hot water!! Managers told us to let the water run, we were last room. 31 minutes and still no warm... More
