We spent almost five weeks driving the lower third of the U.S. - first night was here, and we were impressed sufficiently to "push it" on the way home to time our last night here......good service, fine room, great hot full brekkies.......and a sidetrip to Tombstone is only 25 miles away. more

Room was clean and the front dest was very courteous. The complimentary breakfast was great, eggs & bacon. It was very conenient off the freeway and a good road stop if you don't want to stay in Tucson. Would definitely stay here again more

We arrived late in the evening and did not expect serivce with a smile, but that is exactly what we got. The gentleman at the front desk was cheereful and accomodating and all three rooms we had were very clean and comfortable. We travelled with 5 young children and even though we only had a 1/2 hour before the pool... more

Rooms spotlessly clean, wonderful selection of toiletries, the complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast and the coffee pots never ran dry! Heated pool and spa, Wayne at the front desk was exceptional, provided information regarding use of appliances in the room, TV channels etc. Only complaint (and it is one that can be lived with) was the noisy plumbing and... more

We stayed at this motel one night enroute from CA to TX...room was in the back new section and was very nice, super clean, well decorated..had a king size bed that was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was good the next morning with cereal, fruit, coffee, juices, eggs, sausage......our only complaint would be the highway noise....run the fan on the heat... more

There were very few hotels/motels to choose from along the interstate in Benson and I needed one that took pets. They did. There was a $10 pet fee. The hotel was very clean and well decorated outside and in. They had a beautiful wrought iron gate around the pool with decors of Quail and other birds/plants. The outside pool area... more

The room was your typical motel room with an upgrade to granite counter tops. The air freshner had been sprayed quite extensivel in the room, so we had to leave the window open and wonder why so much air freshner needed to be sprayed in the room. It also did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All we wanted... more

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western hotel in Benson Arizona. We stayed for five days while visiting family. If your looking for excellent customer service, you'll find your number one here. The rooms are visually pleasing. The entire hotel was spotless! Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Baked cookies in the lobby are always a good thing.... more

The amazing, living caves at Kartchner Caverns State Park are a must-see. We had an early tour time and decided to stay nearby the night before. If you are in the same situation, I recommend the Best Western Quail Hollow Inn (10 easy highway miles from the caverns). Though you may hear a train whistle from time to time, that... more
