The Stikine Inn was clean, updated, and friendly. The restaurant was closed for the season, but the coffee shop was well stocked with sandwiches and soup. This town is a bit of a food dessert after 6pm. There's a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. For breakfast, I had a biscuit with bacon and eggs from the coffee... More

I recently stayed at the Stikine Inn in Wrangell and the location was perfect. Some rooms overlook the water and have a wonderful view of the alps as well. There is also an alfresco dining area on the water with fabulous views. The staff are all very helpful with good service in the restaurant.

We stayed at the inn for 2 nights and we had a great time. The rooms are huge and very nice. The location is perfect and the food is pretty good. The staff are nice and very accommodating. I'd definitely go back if the opportunity will show up. Highly recommend.

We basically ferried to this small town to do the AnAn bear tour which, upon our arrival, we were told was cancelled. Great. Imagine my surprise when we entered our room and collapsed on the most comfortable bed ever. The linens, the pillows, the mattress - all have it all over the Westin heavenly bed. Loved it. Seriously. Also, the... More

The shuttle was waiting for us at the airport which was great! Our room was 9-A and it was nicely decorated. The room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. This room did not have a view of the ocean. No elevators. You could hear other guests rolling their luggage in the hallway and the opening and closing of... More

We stayed here for 3 days, and loved the accommodation and the restaurant. The location was excellent, our room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were good, and we had several lovely meals at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful.

The rooms at the Stikine are similar to something you'd find a chain hotel in the lower 48 states. They are certainly not bad, but there also isn't anything that makes them stand out above others. There are three floors to the hotel and no elevator, so hauling luggage could be a problem. The hotel offers a free shuttle to... More

We spent 4 nights at the Stikine Inn while visiting Wrangell. The facility is improving with updates taking place over the winter season. We stayed in one of the updated rooms and it was very well done ... clean and modern. Not "5 star" but totally satisfactory for location, etc. The restaurant served some of the best food we had... Comfortable hotel in a fabulous location. Main issue was the noise from next door room. We were woken early (4.30 am) by TV.. Apparently new sound proofing has been ordered which should correct this problem. Restaurant good although portions massive. Order one meal for two!

The Stikine inn is in a lovely location with great views. It is reasonably priced, accommodation is good and spacious and the staff very friendly. Very good value restaurant with outside dining. Restaurant and bar close early!
