The "fresh" extra pillow and blanket were dirty, there was melted ice from the previous guest in our ice bucket, all the towels are dingy, the pull out was so uncomfortable my kids wanted to sleep on the floor, the back outside door doesn't lock so I had serious security concerns, and the front desk staff acted as though asking... Having security present during Iron Dog events or any events to deal with misbehaving occupants. The hotel has a nice dining room with excellent views, would be nice to open it up to the occupants to lounge in.

We stayed here for a mix of business and leisure. The view from our room was great! Lake Lucille and the snow capped mountains. Staff could've been friendlier. Not much to do in the immediate area and restaraunts were very hard to find. This is what the staff wasn 't so helpful with. Would stay again!

We stayed here briefly as part of a wedding group. My family stays here often for little mini vacations. We LOVE their jacuzzi suites! Theie restaurant closed so thats a bummer, but the new furniature in all the rooms sure makes up for it. Flat screen tvs and mattresses to die for!

We stayed here for a night on our way up to Denali. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be a great place with a view on the lake. Their breakfast buffet was perfect, and enjoyed the view.
