Only stayed one night as part of HAL Cruise tour. Two storey buildings, Rooms are very cramped, bathroom was the smallest ever come across, no bath plug!. Very difficult to keep the mozzies out of the room. Restaurant and front desk were across the parking area not very nice walk when raining. Wifi was useless, very slow as were the... More

The room was clean. Do not understand why the bed was directly in line with the window. Should have been rearranged so you could leave drapes open for light. Bathroom is tiny. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Stayed as a part of HAL cruisetour.

Looks alright but then you really start looking you see that the room was gross. Bathroom sucked. Hair in tub and on floor. The light switches were really dirty too. Didn't even want to touch the coffee maker. The housekeepers don't seem to have any pride in their work.

This is the worst hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at. The Red Roof Inn anywhere would probably get better reviews. In order to take a shower, we had to move the portable toilet tissue holder/stand out of the bathroom as there was no room to enter/exit the shower/tub combo with it there (without a dire injury occurring)! There were 2... More

After arrival we were quickly shown to our rooms, quite plesant and clean. The room was hot as it was very cold ( for Australians) but managed to open a window. Welcome to the restaurant was great, waiting for the food not. The manager tried really hard but it seemed nothing was working. the staff was either still in winter... More

Again, we were (supposedly) the first group of the season ~ I think they say that to all the buses now. I'm sorry, but you can have the lovliest most well meaning staff in the village, but that means not a jot if it isn't followed through with basic proper service. The room was hot (yes, hot) the toilet gave... More

This was one of our stops on our land portion of our Holland America Cruise Tour. The owner actually came out to our motor coach and came on board upon our arrival to orient everyone to the motel and what other services were available in the surrounding community, within an easy walk. The rooms were clean and the restaurant was... More

We were the first tour group of the 2011 season and the Westmark Tok had their arms wide open for us! The Westmak isn't much to write home about but it's clean and comfy for an overnight stay. The town was still waking up when we arrive so the highlights were the grocery store and the burnt paw next door... More

Our stay at this lovely "outback Alaskan "hotel at the crossroads of Alaska and Glenn highways was the highlight of our last trip . While we were staying there we were moved to tears by a nightly rememberance and flag lowering service that was held at the hotel by the manager ,his staff and his customers. My husband who is... Our one night here was the worst out of 16 days on a Holland-America (HAL) cruise/land tour. (Westmark is owned by HAL.) This is a very modest 2 story hotel with no elevators in a one horse town. The staff is friendly and tries hard at the restaurant and front desk, but there were a few misses too. Due to... More
