We stopped at Cleft of the Rock on the tail end of a trip on the Alaska Highway and had a very pleasant stay. We were in the basement suite in the house, which was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchenette (with mini fridge, sink, and stove) was a plus, and we liked having two bedrooms. The TV is sort... More

Stayed in one of about 5 cabins in the woods outside Tok. Quaint little cabins which are ageing a bit with very limited hot water for shower. Clean enough if limited in space. The highlight is the breakfast cooked by the owners including pancakes and reindeer sausage. Wifi limited availability.

if you are travelling from Alaska to the Yukon you have to pass through Tok so we stayed twice on our way and back again. A really lovely couple run this B and B and offer a superb home cooked breakfast where fellow travellers exchange stories in friendly atmosphere. Set in woods, totally quiet. I saw some newer cabins so... More

While the location of the B&B I lovely, the Miner's cabin was not. I am sure that the newer cabins are fine but I was disappointed in our cabin. The owners were very nice and breakfast was fine. The woods surrounding the cabin were lovely.

The property is located outside of Tok, just a couple miles west from the Tok Cutoff. The cabin was neat, clean, quaint and cute! We stayed in the biggest cabin which had a spiral staircase to a loft-bedroom area, which was a hit for the kids. The first morning the hosts provided an outstanding breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit, homemade... More

We stayed at the Cleft of the Rock B&B on our way cross country from Miami FL to Kodiak AK. Bob and Betty Lou were awesome. We stayed in the sourdough cabin. It was roomy enough for me, my husband, our infant (and his pack & play) and our two Boston Terriers. The cabin was much like a studio room,... More

This was the first night of a 5-week Trans Canada motorcycle trip and we definitely got off on a good start with this B&B. The cabin was comfortable and had all we needed for a restful night. While it may not compare with a 5-star hotel, for the area and what a person needs after a long day of travelling,... More

We rented one of the smaller cabins with one bed. The cabin included a refrigerator, small TV, one queen size bed, a small table with chairs, an electric heater and bathroom. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom area. We loved the area - it was so quiet, comfortable and relaxing. This cabin was also dog friendly and our dog... More

This wonderful B&B is tucked away just off the Tok highway. Bob and Betty Lou are most accommodating. The area is all woods with great cabins and a hot breakfast shared with fellow travelers every morning. It's a chance to eat homemade muffins and reindeer sausage while swapping stories and getting to experience others success of adventure and wildlife sighting.... More

We stayed in two of the cabins (we were traveling with another couple) in late July, 2014. This is a very lovely place; set in the woods and laid out so no one cabin sits on top of another. Plenty of space for privacy. The cabin was cozy and well laid out. We had more than enough room for 2... More
