We returned a week ago after holidaying and this lovely hotel and cant wait to return. The hotel lobby is stunning and incorporates a sweeping staircase leading down to the dining rooms. Flew to resort on 9th Nov with Thomas Cook - cattle class - enough said. First impressions were good ( it was dark). Except there was no air con in the room and had to wait for next day to be fixed. The bedroom was OK and the bathroom was a good size but the tiles needed a good clean.... more

We really had a good time there , It was quite and relaxing. The staff are very good and willing to help. A few people moaned about the food but remembering your'e in the middle of the desert i thought they put on a good spred - something for everone but a times it could have been a bit warmer... more

We were at the Tulip the same 2 weeks as Keith and would totally agree with his comments. We had no problems with the staff- they were all very friendly and liked to have a laugh and joke with us. Hassan at the pool bar and Mahmood at the beach bar were very good at remembering what you liked to... more

we were quite concerned about our hol at the tulip resort , after reading such negative reviews, but decided to go with an open mind... and so glad we did. my partner ,our daughter of 3 and myself had a turly wonderful time at the tulip resort.. Went on the 7th october for 2 weeks . Before we went we were going to cancel because of all the negative reviews . We are so glad that we didnt cancel.
