This is an Italian 3 Star Hotel / Restaurant. The place was crowded with Italians. The Rooms may do / It looks like you're in Bedrock, and you may feel Fred Flintstone or Barney Rubbles. About the restaurant, mind, look at the door where personnel comes in and out of the kitchen, beware....of what is behind !! When I got... more

this hotel has a great setting, lovely beach, great snorkelling and the rooms are fine but it is sadly let down by the food which can only be descibed as "poor". and the bar service was a joke . "two beers please" "i have no glasses" came the reply,we got the same reply all week . when i asked for... more

After reading some of the reviews i would like to put my view accross on this fab resort. Our holiday was mid March 2009 and was purely a leisure holiday. Transfer from airport to hotel was only about 1/2 hour but seemed to be a lot faster. On arrival the main problem was you had to find your own way... more

The Hotel: the rooms were the most spacious we've ever stayed in, cleaned everyday etc. The bathroom was 'tired' but hey..who goes on holiday to spend time in a bathroom. The grounds are fabulous, well maincured gardens with a rich variety of plantings. The staff were great and couldn't do enough to help you. The food: Nothing much to rave... more

We always read the comments on this site befor booking and were not disapointed here, however I did find some of the comments misleading, so I will try to be clear. The hotels rooms (usually in seperate blocks of four: 2 up 2 down) are spacious and include fridge and TV. There's also a dressing area with plenty of hanging,... more

The hotel is amazing, the staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. What more can one ask for? Loved it and would definitely return. We spent the week mostly snorkelling, either off the jetty, the hotel beach or at Abu Dabab. We saw loads of fish, a ray, a turtle and a dugong. In between snorkelling, we were mostly... more

Main reason to go was to snorkel in the Red Sea. Red flag made that impossible. This risk was not mentioned by the travelle beurau. That was an disappointment of course. You could go by bus 15 minutes to another beach with possibilites for snorkeling in all weather. But we wanteds to swim where we lived. The rooms where very... more

Resort fantastic, although involved quite a long transfer from Marsa Alam airport. Large apartments set in well maintained gardens and not too close to each other. Private beach very clean.. Staff, especially in restaurant very friendly and helpful. We stayed over the Christmas period and the Christmas Eve party was excellent,. If you only do one excursion, do the Quarrun... more

I have just returned from great relaxing weeks break at this hotel. I would advise travellers not to buy visa before travelling as you can buy one on arrival for only £10 with very little time queing for it. on arrival you are greeted with a soft drink and a freindly receptionist and was quickly taken to my room with... more
