We stayed at the Brayker Bay hotel, Marsa alam and what a treasure. The food was excellent and the weather matched. The rooms were more than comfortable. Staff confuse 'bank' with ATM. We almost had a taxi take us to a bank for cash, until we established that there is an ATM at Kahramana reception. Very friendly staff. Rooms comfortable, air con worked well, cleaned every day and flowers left some days. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds and towels available. Water didn't drain away in the shower and sink and despite numerous requests to reception it wasn't sorted out during our holiday.
