Just returned from a 2 week stay totally relaxed and recharged. We travelled as two couples wanting a peaceful, relaxing break and got just that. The staff and the snorkelling are what make this hotel a real gem. I have to mention Ahmed and SaSa in the main restaurant, Ahmed, Mesh, Saber etc in the NIght & Day bar and... More

Just back from two weeks at this great hotel. Our last trip to Egypt was to the sister hotel in Sharm. I prefer the Coraya Beach Hotel. Our Room (2111) was just perfect , with a view looking over the pool. The bed was very comfortable, the mini bar was restocked every day with soft drinks. It was cleaned well,... More

we visited this hotel 6 years ago on a half board basis and this time were all inclusive, which was much better. As a previous reviewer has said, making comparisons with other hotels in the area is the only way to review. The hotels are all very similar and we have visited two on this bay, the Coraya and the... I Always review hotels by comparing them to others i visited in the past, situated in the same environment, categorie and price setting. I chose the Iberotel Coraya because it was on the top of the list of Marsa Alam hotels on tripadvisor, the same way i selected the Premier Le Reve in Hurghada and the Rixos in Sharm in... More

Excellent hotel and location, staff brilliant. Room, food, pool, snorkeling all good, but hampered by getting a dodgy tummy for a few days. Toilets immaculate though! Didnt manage to get to see any sights and maybe more access to the marina would have been good.

As many recent reviews have said the service here is superb. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Unlike many large tourist complexes it is aesthetically pleasing, with its variations on Egyptian vernacular architecture surrounded by perfect gardens. The gardeners are up at dawn, watering and pruning, bless them. The buffet dinner, lunch and breakfast is varied and excellent, with... More

After our 7th visit we have to conclude that this is no longer a five star hotel. If we compare with previous years: quality is going down! The choice, variety and the quality of the food is dropping. The wellness is not cleaned well: especially the pool was very dirty with dirt floating around in every corner; used towels were... More

The staff was friendly and very serviceminded. The room was clean and nice. The bed have a plastic sheet under the ordinary and the bed could be more comfortable. Three swimmingpools and one heated about 30 degrees. You have only wi-fi 150 mb for free and you need to buy more and it works only in the lobby. Very good... More

Just got back from a week at this lovely hotel. Although the weather wasn't great for the most part of the week the holiday was still great. From the minute we landed we had a first class service from Thomsons. Where to start with the hotel .....exceptionally clean, good food, Farouk a la carte fabulous, best sea bass I've had... More
