This was our second vacation to French Polynesia where we visited three different islands (Le Taha'a, Rangiroa and Tetiaroa) for 5 nights in each place. Both of our trips we booked through Claudia and Jennifer at Pacific For Less - they are truly experts in finding out exactly what kind of vacation experience and activities you are seeking and crafting... This is without a doubt a lovely hotel and it is true that we can debate about the number of stars. Personally my wife and I booked an overwater bungalow and if we compare with Hilton Moorea or Four Seasons Bora Bora, the service ans quality of Kia Ora is much lower. However do not forget that you are in... More

This was the first stop on our vacation in Tahiti. This trip was number one on my " bucket list". We go to the Caribbean since it is so much closer. Overall, we felt the resort was very nice and enjoyed our stay. I wish T/A had 1/2 ratings because I would give this a 4.5 not a 4. While... More

We stayed at the Kia Ora for 3 nights in mid September 2014. Before we could even check in, a hotel staff member tried to sell us pearls from their shop - a distasteful beginning to a subpar stay. Upon arriving at our room, we found dirty, dusty doors that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, a bed... More

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Kia Ora on Rangioria it was phenomenal. If you are looking for night life, forget this place, but if you are like us wanting a beautiful tranquil place to chill, this is it! Our room had its own small pool which was a delicious way for us to privately... More

This was our last stop on our 5-island tour of French Polynesia. A friendly and helpful man who spoke several languages greeted us. (Sorry, I don't remember his name). The hotel grounds and reception area was very clean, inviting and nicely kept. The restaurant, beach, pool area and dock were all very well maintained as well. Beach Bungalow (room 6).... More

We just got back from our Anniversary trip to Tahiti. We stayed in Bora Bora and then went to Rangiroa. We absolutely loved this hotel and had a great time. It is completely different than Bora Bora but it is great to experience different islands and hotels. The hotel is extremely nice and the staff were very nice and friendly.... More

What a beautiful hotel with a wonderful and attentive staff. The manager of this resort runs a tight ship. He is very welcoming and delivers excellent customer service. The staff is very accommodating and very kind. I can't say enough great things about this resort.

Kia ora is super laid back and cozy. The room was very good and conformable, with a nice open bathroom and an outside Jacuzzi. It has everything you need without the super Glam of bora bora´s resorts. The beach at the hotel wasn't the best one but we were not to far from the diving center, that took us to... More
