This was our last stop on our 5-island tour of French Polynesia. A friendly and helpful man who spoke several languages greeted us. (Sorry, I don't remember his name). The hotel grounds and reception area was very clean, inviting and nicely kept. The restaurant, beach, pool area and dock were all very well maintained as well. Beach Bungalow (room 6).... More

We just got back from our Anniversary trip to Tahiti. We stayed in Bora Bora and then went to Rangiroa. We absolutely loved this hotel and had a great time. It is completely different than Bora Bora but it is great to experience different islands and hotels. The hotel is extremely nice and the staff were very nice and friendly.... More

What a beautiful hotel with a wonderful and attentive staff. The manager of this resort runs a tight ship. He is very welcoming and delivers excellent customer service. The staff is very accommodating and very kind. I can't say enough great things about this resort.

Kia ora is super laid back and cozy. The room was very good and conformable, with a nice open bathroom and an outside Jacuzzi. It has everything you need without the super Glam of bora bora´s resorts. The beach at the hotel wasn't the best one but we were not to far from the diving center, that took us to... More

You come to Rangiroa for the ocean. This island offers water everywhere. You can see the lagoon and the ocean at the same time from the road. It's beautiful under the water. The sea life is immense and diverse and just wonderful. This hotel has a Top Dive right there and you are very close to pass which I dove... More

The Kia Ora is a fantastic hotel. The staff and hotel are smaller then the hotels on Bora Bora but the staff displays a genuine pride in their hotel on this relatively remote island. We were impressed!. The over-water bungalow in which we stayed was neat and clean and in good physical condition. The Bungalow interior was more modern than... More

Just got back from vacation with my husband and our two daughters. After luxurious hotels in Bora Bora and Moorea (Intercontinental) this hotel seems more simple but still has all great amenities. A bit disappointed by the beach in front of our bungalows, not too much sand, a bit narrow but the swimming and snorkeling there was really great, lots... More

beautiful setting and nice rooms. Great bed and huge bathroom. Could have better maintenance, holes in the roof of our beach bungalow (facing the ocean) allowed mosquitos in and the a/c doesn't work so well. Also, note that the location is not great if you want to go most places for dinner as the taxi fees are very expensive (we... More

The beachfront bungalows are gorgeous. they contain a bedroom a living room a large bathroom with two sinks, a deck only feet away from the beautiful lagoon and a jacuzzi. The grounds of the resort are also very nice. The food in the restaurant is excellent but very expensive. The service at the restaurant varied from average to incredibly inattentive.... More

We stayed at the Kia Ora for 3 nights, after 4 stops in Polinesia. Intercontinenal Moorea, Bora Bora and Le Tahaa were the places we stay. So, Kia Ora is a wonderfull hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is really nice and beautiful. We may not have luck, and got an old room (cause many of them were... More
