If you want to know the real Bora Bora, this is it. At Rohotu Fare, you are living in nature. The bedrooms and bathroom had walls and doors you could lock, but the kitchen just had a thatched roof and no walls. It was great! The bathroom was open to the outside, also, with a tall privacy fence around it.... More

When we were shown our room and we opened it up for the first time, my first words were WOW! You walk into a kitchenette, which is great for if you're staying a while. However, what took my breath away was the outdoor shower!! There was a beautiful garden, an open roof, and a statue of a woman holding her... More

I've spent many nights in hotels, and this is the only one I will remember and talk about. The experience is unique and special. The views were breathtaking as we watched the sunset from our own bed. The location is better than most hotels which require a boat ride or taxi, whereas we were free to enjoy a beautiful bikeride... More

We stayed at Rohotu for seven nights while on our Honeymoon in Bora Bora. We spent the first half of our Honeymoon at the Hilton in an overwater bungalow followed by the second half at Rohotu and we were SO glad that we got to experience both. The Hilton was amazing, but we really felt like we were missing out... More

We were excited to see all the beautiful trees and flowers and were in love with the room and the outside-openness of the bathroom and kitchen and then after a few hours we were sweaty and sticky and there were several mosquitos. It only got worse at night and we were so hot we did not sleep well. The view... More

I can not compete how other guests described the Rohotu Fare and Nir! I say AMEN! This place reminds me of some part of Bali! The garden forest was so well designed! All the fruit trees, the flowers, statues, etc were all beautiful! Everything in this place is wonderful! Go pack your bags now! I hope we can return soon... More

Where to start? The short version is: you maybe won’t believe what people write because it’s too good to be true. But this place really exists and it IS paradise. But don’t give it away  First we were picked up by Nir who willingly told us the corners of his life after we asked. This is indicative: Nir and... More

Rohotu Fare is the nicest little hotel I have ever been to. Has just three bungalows, each including balcony with marvelous views, the kitchen, little outside garden and shower right next to it, with no roof, which is making a simple shower quite an experience, especially when raining. The owner, Nir, transformed the hotel grounds into enchanting botanic garden, completed... More
