We have been here for a few days before we transfer to the Four Seasons for the rest of our stay. The Thalasso has great facilities, the rooms are well-sized and everything is beautifully maintained. The big problem here is the service. Staff seem much more concerned about administrative duties than they do about proper customer service. We've had to... More

Beautiful location and spacious bungalows! I wish I could remember our room number it was the best location on the resort. We were looking out toward the barrier reef and when we were inside our bungalow we could only see water, no other rooms, no land only beautiful water meeting sky and the splash at the reef. It was the... More

This was our second stay at the InterContinental Thalasso-Spa and it exceeded our expectations from our last visit. For those who say Bora Bora is not for families, I have to respectfully disagree. My husband and I brought our 10-year-old son with us on our second trip and he was indulged and delighted at every turn. We were personally greeted... More

This location was very well maintained and the property was very pretty with beautiful views in every direction. Sunset views on the beach were amazing. Rooms were decent size and also well maintain, nice large stand up shower and soaking tub with a nice view. Staff around the hotel were generally very friendly and willing to help and go out... More

Family of 4 .. 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son.. I was somewhat hesitant when my wife booked the Thalasso vs the nearby St Regis or the Four Seasons. All the reviews gave a thumbs up but having stayed at other Four Season/St Regis properties, I was apprehensive.. Could an Intercontinental be really be on par with... More

We spent the second half of our honeymoon here last May. It was a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and our diamond overwater villa was the perfect place to relax. We only used the beautiful pool once because we spent all our time lounging on our private deck and jumping into the crystal clear water whenever we felt like... More

I absolutely love this place so much. It is like paradise and beyond. It is better than the brochures. Other than just repeating myself what everyone else is saying, I have to say that despite the fact that it is a rather expensive, this is a paradise on earth.Congratulations on the designer who build this place, it has everything that... Stayed 5 nights on honeymoon and was assigned an Emerald Overwater Villa using my IHG Rewards Points. Service from the airport pickup right through to the airport drop off was fantastic. A truly luxury resort.

This hotel is absolutely incredible with the best service. We worked with Custom Tahiti to book our hotel, and we received great honeymoon gifts when we arrived and were even upgraded! The bungalow was absolutely amazing and we had the best view and deep water where we could jump into the water everyday. The food was great at the resort... More

I spent 7 days of my honeymoon in this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect, the overwater villas, the food, the service and the wide range of activities offered (scuba diving, jet ski, quads, snorkeling, paddle board, kayak, helicopter tour...). Do not miss the snorkeling with sharks and rays, an amazing experience you will always remember. The beach was very quiet... More
