I spent several nights at this resort in January while doing site inspections of nearly all of the resorts in Bora Bora and Moorea for TheBigDay honeymoon registry and travel company (I'm a co-founder).
This is one of the newest resorts in Bora Bora (if I remember correctly, it opened in May 2006), so you'll find that the vegetation is still "growing in", and it won't seem as natural and integrated with the greenery like some of the older resorts.
If the environment is a hot topic for you like it is for me, you'll like this part: the whole place is air-conditioned using cold seawater, pulled up a pipe from thousands of feet down on the outside of the lagoon, and circulated through an exchanger which sends cooled fresh water through a/c systems in the buildings. The warmed water is then sent back down through an outer pipe that surrounds the cold intake, and let out at a lesser depth where the water is already roughly the same temp as the "used"...
