Hello all we are writing this review after just getting back from our 5 night vacation to the Pearl. Let me first say that this was a trip of a lifetime and we saved a very long time to make this trip a reality. We are in our late twenties and traveled from Florida. The total trip cost was just... What a magic and lovely place on Bora Bora - situated next to a turquoise lagoon the Pearl resort offers good value for the money. Bora Bora was one of our top destination to visit due to it's reputation. After an intense research we decided to go to the Pearl Resort. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights at... More

4 star hotel?? No, no, 5 star. Staff, choice of food, the bungalows, the quiet atmosphere, the manta's, the black tip sharks in the lagoon. We were here 4 days, and this is a place I would return to. The welcome at arrival on the pontoon, the registration, the positive attitude of all employees. I can recommend this. More

We stayed at the Pearl Beach for our Honeymoon, from 27 April to 2 May in Overwater Bungalow number 8. All in all, our stay was magic, but this was despite the Resort putting a few roadblocks in the way of making the trip absolutely perfect. PROS: 1. Location, location, location! The resort is on a Motu (islet) facing Bora... More

It took a lot of saving and planning for us to get to Bora Bora for our honeymoon. And boy, was it worth it!!! We stayed in the overwater bungalow at the Pearl. Amazing view, amazing rooms, amazing cleanliness. We could see the beautiful sunrise and the sunset from our room. We could directly take a dip in the ocean... More

Stayed in an overwater bungalow. They have small coral reef nurseries under each hut for the fish to gather. We frequently opened the coffee table in the room to feed the fish underneath. We saw at least 8 different species of fish, octopus, and manta rays directly under our living room coffee table. The weather was slightly overcast but that... More

The location is not prime - the best part of Bora Bora is on the east side of the island, the this resort is to the west (south of the airport). With promotional values, it is a decent choice. The property is showing its age, and do not expect 5 star experience here. If you want to save money, come... More

My wife and I stayed here as one of two Bora Bora resorts we stayed at for our 25th wedding anniversary at. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow. It was excellent. The shower, bathroom and spa are under the stars in an enclosed area at the back of the bungalow. Out the front and we were on the beach to... More

Bora Bora is so relaxing. I felt like I decompressed. The resort is lovely. We stayed in a overwater bungalow, they are very spacious. My only complaint is the air conditioning is not very effecient. I probably shouldnt have even had it on exept that my body wasnt adjusted to the tropical warmth yet. The bathroom was open to the... More

This was our fourth time to FP and BB. We have stayed at the Intercontinental Moana at Matira Point, the Hotel Bora Bora before it closed, an overnight stay on the Paul Gauguin, and now the BBPB. We have previously stayed at the Tikehau PB and the Le Tahaa Private Island & Spa which are also SPM resorts. All of... More
