I had my mind up a year ago that Moorea/Bora Bora would be our honeymoon spot. I would say not until you are physically there you will not understand how beautiful this place is. No matter how much you read or read about other people's opinion, yourself has to witness the beauty, rest is just information. The location and the... More

How much you enjoy the Pearl Beach Resort in Bora Bora depends on your expectations. If you must have 5 star luxury, like at the Post Ranch Inn or a Four Seasons, you will likely be disappointed. If you are OK with a few faults, like facilities that are a bit "rustic," and an uneven hotel staff, and a restaurant... More

Pearl beach resort was great in every way. Would recomend it to everyone. Friendly staff, nice beach, views of everything. Thanx to unforgetable honeymoons. Overwater bungalows were well worth it. Food was very good

We are late writing this review as we went to Bora Bora in March 2014 for our honeymoon. Bora Bora offers a selection of high end hotels such as the St. Regis or the Hilton. We opted for the Pearl Beach as it for us was the most locally authentic and well located on a motu around the main island.... More

Fantastic resort in an unbeatable setting. We had reserved a beach bungalow but were upgraded to a Premium Overwater Bungalow when we checked in (I guess due to it being low season)! I debated over which type of room to reserve since each has its own benefits: The Garden Bungalows offer the most privacy in Bora Bora, and are the... More

We stayed in the resort for 5 nights and wished for another 5. We had an over water bungalow with a lagoon view. We never tired of looking at the mountains across the lagoon and at the beautiful blue water. The ability to be able to walk out our patio doors and down the steps into the water was fantastic.... Everything at this resort is amazing. We stayed in an overwater bungalow that had a view of Otamanu (number 32). It was beautiful, comfortable. The water is clear. We snorkeled every day, several times a day. I loved not having sand in my shoes or suit as we didn't have to go to the beach to get into the ocean.... More

This was my sixth trip to Tahiti and my best!! I stayed in overwater bungalow 16 and the view was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and especially great for people with back issues. The room was very clean . If there was a negative, it would be the lack of fish in the lagoon in my opinion. Not a... More

My husband and I stayed at the Pearl for 5 nights in Feb. as the final stop in our 19 day French Polynesian vacation. We chose the Pearl because we had previously stayed at the Pearl in Moorea 3 years ago had a fabulous time. Accommodations: we had over-water bungalow #2 and the view of Mt. Otemanu was gorgeous. The... More
