Very clean and tidy accommodation, great value for money. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bedroom villa and was perfect - there was an extra bunk if we had 2 more kids. It was cozy and warm with a great heat pump and had it's own drying room. Hosts were lovely and very obliging, perfect location... More

We stayed at a 2 bedroom unit sleeping up to 6 for 4 nights. The heatpump is fantastic and heats the whole place up. Facilities are basic but the drying room, and cupboard to store skis and boots are brilliant. We found sufficient utensils and crockery to use in the kitchen for all of us. The place is very clean.... More

We stayed in a two bedroomed unit sleeping six. on a freezing cold night. The heat pump eventually did its work and we did get to being cosily warm. But no real comforts here apart from the comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom and toilet minute. All appliances worked. No carpets in the living area which would help to make people... More

The first impression was beautiful wooden interior, the right style for our ski holiday, but it started with the TV did not work a white screen with awful noise. The manager promised to have a look at it the next morning. After six o’clock the temperature went fast down and the heat pump was not be able to heat the... More

We booked a unit for six people and were disappointed by what we found. We would have expected the cooking facilities would be suitable for six. However trying to cook dinner for six in pots sized for two is nearly impossible. The managers said no more pots or pans were available for us to use. The tv reception was hopeless.... More

Ossie's was, in many ways, way better than we expected. The accommodation was 'basic' (..in the best way ) : no frills, but everything necesary for a great weekend : heating & drying are big concerns on a family ski-weekend, but couldn't be faulted. Cabin was spotlessly clean, & kids loved the upstairs / downstairs arrangement. Andy & partner (managers)... More

We stayed here as part of a group. My daughter and I had a bedroom to ourselves in a 5 bedroom chalet. The chalet was well appointed and very clean. There were sofas and the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs. It is the first time I have stayed in shared bathroom accommodation for years but the layout... More

This has been one of the best stays in our 2 months trip across OZ and NZ, we even stayed a couple of nights extra because we've felt so comfy and relaxed at Ossie's! Crispy clean, comfortable accommodation is harmoniously planned and very well equipped. The owners have been absolutely amazing and went an extra mile to accommodate our needs... More

I assume this place keeps going due to existing customers and it's "just about" reasonable pricing in a town that becomes very expensive in winter. It's decor is dated but i don't mind at the price, I would however like to see a spa. Lack of such does let it down.

We have been staying in this place for the past three years. It has good location as it is only a 20 minute drive to Turoa Ski field. Plus, it is near the town centre. Units and rooms are clean and satisfactory. All snow gears are available for rent. Best of all, people managing the place are friendly and dependable.... More
