Returned from the Asena several weeks ago.First time guests,so no comparisons to make re "changes"etc. This hotel is very conveniently situated a 10minute stroll from the centre of Dalyan, hence it is quiet.By Turkish standards it has plenty of grounds which are well maintained. The rooms are adequate for 2 people:very comfortable beds, good size balcony, mirror etc.The bathroom was basic, functional and no safety problems.Towels... This hotel is in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk away from the long line of bars and restaurants. It is set in beautiful, tranquil gardens and has a wonderful pool and bar! It's an absolute bonus that no children are allowed here as hours can be spent relaxing there. All of the staff are very friendly and... More

We visited Asena for a 10 night stay and I can honestly say we had an amazing holiday in Dalyan. The motel is clean and in a fantastic location and the young man who works behind the bar and the cleaning staff cannot be faulted as they work very hard. However, when we arrived we were left on the doorstep... More

I have just returned from my second holiday at the Asena and feel that one or two previous reviews are unfair. It is true that the hotel is in a state of change and with Sebnem managing a completely new staff. This change happened fairly recently and therefore the information on various websites is not up to date. You can't... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Asena for 10 nights last October and we had a great holiday. This review is late as I am not normally one to post on trip advisor but after reading some of the more recent negative reviews I wanted to share our very positive experience at the Asena. Sebnem was running the Asena... More

Totally agree with the previous review. We booked and paid for a double room and triple room for 5 adults for 10 nights and stayed for 12 hours! The rooms are very basic and limited storage for suitcases and clothes. The bathrooms were awful and need updating - basic wetrooms and power point with wires hanging out of the wall.... More

Booked this on the strength of the amazing reviews last year. It just shows you WHAT a difference one person can make to a place. Volkan has left and Sebnem is running the hotel on her own with brand new staff. The staff work their socks off but there seems to be no heart in the place. Plus a lot... More

Second time I've been now. There have been some changes with the people there, but still a wonderful place. Perfect location to wander into town or down to the river and the place itself is great for chilling in the gardens or by the pool. The rooms are clean and looked after daily by the wonderful staff. Sebnem and the... More

There have been some personnel changes in recent weeks leaving Sebnem holding the fort. As this was our first visit to Asena this did not affect us much but returnees, of which there seem to be many, might notice a difference. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel and its location. We had a couple of minor... More
