Last time in Dalyan we walked past the Gizaldi and thought it looked nice and we should give it a try next time. So we did and it was great. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the town square but in a quiet part of town so it's not noisy. The apartments are set in lush bourganvillia wreathed gardens... More

Gizaldi was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews. It is true that Alper is lovely and a very charismatic person but if it wasn't for that I think I would be writing a very different review. At first glance our apartment looked so cute but quite quickly it felt old, cold, dated and unmaintained. We unfortunately... More

This is a very special place due to Alper & family who are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble or a problem. Alper actually likes to turn so called problems into an opportunity. The atmosphere at these apartments is so friendly that it is a real wrench to leave. Only drawback was the number of friendly cats & kittens. They... More

Arrived at Gizaldi late evening, third time staying here and it just gets harder and harder to leave. The night blooming jasmine gets me every time, and to be met by Alper and his mother no matter what time you arrive is just great. They are a lovely family and nothing is too much trouble, they just leave you to... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks -we wish it had been for longer. Very friendly hotel with superb hosts, Alper and Dilara. Nothing is too much trouble for them service excellent at all hours of the day! The rooms although dated are kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels and sheets whenever required. The pool area was also kept... More

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Gizaldi and I wish I could have stayed. Although the hotel is very well run and a lovely place to stay, it feels much more like staying with friends. Alper and Dilara and the family were so welcoming, and they were always available whenever you needed anything. Four of us stayed, myself... More

This was our 3rd visit to Dalyan but our 1st stay at the Gizaldi. We chose the Gizaldi because we were a family group of 7 including a four year old. We wanted a little extra space & thought that self-catering at an apartment hotel would work for us. (Not that we did much self-catering as in Dalyan you are... More

Writing this sat on the balcony in the sunshine, overlooking the pool. It's our last day here and we will be sorry to leave. 3rd time here and found it as good as ever. Same friendly run place with 15 apartments, 10 with balconys and 5 Attic rooms, all with a/c (£4 a day if wanted) Beautiful big pool and... More

our stay at the Gizaldi hotel was my far the best holiday we have had in Turkey. The Hotel is small but in a very pretty setting, you really wouldn't know anything was going on in the outside world unless you wanted to. Alper and his family are the most warm and welcoming people we have had the pleasure of... More

As OAP's on our first holiday in Turkey I haven't words to fully express what a wonderful experience we have had. The Gizaldi apartments were so spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable beds.Everywhere was kept so clean and tidy. Again what can I say about the family. They looked after us as if we were part of their home life.... More
