This is a beautifully charming hotel right on the water's edge. The rooms, though on the small side, are decorated in a lovely style and are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on the waters edge in the tiny picturesque village of Assos. The rooms are tiny and you definately need to request a room with a view of the water. Assos, a former home of Aristotle and his philosophy school, is a fabulous site on the Aegean coast. The tiny fishing village is quiet and beautiful. We went there with a group of 40 persons. Some of the rooms we got were under the roof without windows and no proper ventilation and most of the rooms had a smell of mould.
