The moment we stepped in Assosalarga we felt like at home. Wonderful place, wonderful hosting, silent, peaceful nights, great beaches and places to visit nearby. Enjoyed the night sky at the patio with the sound of bells of sheep walking around. Woke up to a rich and homely breakfast. Our hosts were very helpful and they always smiled :). We... More

We stayed 4 nights at this amazing, adorable "smallest hotel" in Assos. Located in the heart of the village, you can tell how much energy and time has been spent to make your stay an amazing experience the second you walk through its door. The host and the service staff are amazingly welcoming and helpful and do their best to... More

My wife and spent a couple days at Assos Alarga during our honeymoon in Turkey. After a few whirlwind days in Istanbul, we travelled to Assos for some relaxation. The house is spectacular and Ece was an amazing host! Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The grounds around the home were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

Stayed two nights in Assos Alarga. Ece is a wonderful and very welcoming hostess, who ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We stayed in the Orsa room, which is a lovely, large, quiet room. The B&B has a great position with impressive views of the Turkish countryside. It is only a short walk to the Temple of Athena which... More

This place is excellent, but please don't go there if you don't deserve it. We would hate to make this place popular. The owner couple and their assistant must be the most thoughtful people on earth. Congratulations.

Very nice B&B. Extremely good service staff makes you feel truly welcome. Room (Orsa) was big and comfortable. Nice big bed and quiet at night. Bathroom had a great view. Pool is a decent size and has an almost perfect PH-reading (we all know how important that is). Unexpected service at the pool was a nice surprise. Breakfast consisted almost... More

The staff can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable and effortless. The building has fantastic architecture, which fits right in with the historic village up on the hillside. The rooms are well appointed, clean and new. Breakfast was 5 star (and I've stayed at 5 star hotels), under a vine-covered trellis by the pool. I had a refreshing swim... More

We visited Assos because we are interested in antiquity. We were well rewarded for doing so. If this place was good enough for Aristotle it should be good enough for the rest of us. Born in antiquity and reborn at the hands of archaeologists and a skilled architect, the tiny Assos Alarga B&B is an absolute treasure. Beyond its beauty... More
