Service is outstanding, the care for detail, promptness and kindness of the ladies in the restaurant is excellent. Food is well prepared, with quality ingredients and served in a timely fashion. The Chuleton is worthmentioning as is the selection of wines.

Pay no attention to my previous review. I got the Arco mixed up with the Hotel Vico. The location is great, one block from the Cathedral. Rooms were quiet in spite of all the celebrating in town for the Feast Day of St. Teresa. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We wanted to see the walled city and the important places associated with St. Teresa. The hotel is 10km's from that. It's a good value hotel, but the extra we paid in taxi fare could have gotten us a place inside the walls. Beds are great, room was quiet. Wonderful rest. Wi-fi worked inside the room.

My partner and I stayed at this great hotel in the centre of Avila. We stayed 3 nights and booked their romantic package (champagne and choccies) with breakfast the next day. The staff couldn't have done enough for us. From enquiry to check out they were always friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and we had... More

We didnt plan to visit Avila but it was a useful overnight stop on our way thro Spain travelling to Santander. This hotel was mentioned in Lonely Planet as having parking so we opted for it. Didnt pre book but they found us a room. Very small, but a twin which we were also offered was larger. Good bathroom and... More

We booked direct with the hotel for a room with breakfast and parking. The situation of the hotel was very good - The 1st hotel on the left when you come through the Archway of San Vicente. All the sites were near by and had no problem walking to them. Our room was at the back and reasonable quiet but... More

We walked here from the train station, 12 min. As soon as we entered the gate, there it was. Very nicely decorated rooms, and it even included breakfast. We thought it may be a bit noisy being beside the gate but this was not the case. As soon as the daytrippers left, the town was very quiet. So we opted... More

We booked directly with the hotel by phone. When we arrived in Avila it was very easy to find and we were welcomed by the couple who ran it. They were very friendly and helpful. There was snow outside but everything was very warm inside. Our room was not large but very clean and perfectly adequate. We could not fault... More
