Luis Mighel and his wife, Raquel, are the ultimate hosts. We had not reserved a parking space because we didn't know we needed to. Mighel immediately juggled spaces for us and didn't even charge us extra for the space. It got cold while we were there and we wanted some hot tea one night. Mighel made it for us and... More

I have stayed here several times since 2005. I have returned time and again due to the location- inside the walls- the service and price. The staff has had limited English but has been awesome anyway. The little tapas bar located adjacent to the hotel has good tapas, great hot chocolate on cold nights and is fun! My uncle from... We arrived at this hotel late in the afternoon. The entrance was warm and welcoming. The room was nice and cosy. The location is excellent, at the heart of the old city. Good value for your money. The bed was comfortable Near by everything. Breakfast was nice

location was excellent for exploring the city, but we arrived by coach and it was a hard walk from where the coach dropped us, to the hotel with out luggage, as most were elderly. The room was clean, beds comfortable but the shower did not work. Limited choice at breakfast, but good quality. Staff helpful

Service is outstanding, the care for detail, promptness and kindness of the ladies in the restaurant is excellent. Food is well prepared, with quality ingredients and served in a timely fashion. The Chuleton is worthmentioning as is the selection of wines.

Pay no attention to my previous review. I got the Arco mixed up with the Hotel Vico. The location is great, one block from the Cathedral. Rooms were quiet in spite of all the celebrating in town for the Feast Day of St. Teresa. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We wanted to see the walled city and the important places associated with St. Teresa. The hotel is 10km's from that. It's a good value hotel, but the extra we paid in taxi fare could have gotten us a place inside the walls. Beds are great, room was quiet. Wonderful rest. Wi-fi worked inside the room.

The staff couldn't have done enough for us. From enquiry to check out they were always friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and we had... More
