Great little cabins with all the amenities you'd expect plus and outdoor grill on each deck. Near to Kenai River fishing, groceries and a larger city just down the road. Wifi is provided, but it's weak the further from the main building that you are located. But you're here to fish, not surf!

This was our first fishing trip to Alaska. I would never stay anywhere but Red Fish Lodge! What a great place! We had the Alaskan experience. Steve set everything up for us and it was more than we would could have ever wanted. Thank you so much Steve and your staff for making our week in Alaska the best vacation... More

I understand the dilemma facing hospitality owners when experiencing horrible guest reports such as these three. Two of these guests appear to be nothing less than absolute twits and should possibly be blacklisted from staying at other establishments. My research proves Redfish Lodge to be a great place as evidenced by the massive majority of feedback. We hope to come... More

We spent 7 nights at the Red Fish Lodge and used it as a base from which we traveled to the numerous great hiking trails near the small community of Sterling. The trails were well maintained and lead to beautiful locations along the Kenai River or the numerous lakes and streams nearby. For those interested in fishing it appeared phenomenal.... More

This was the first time we stayed at Redfish Lodge and will not be our last. Every other year my party have stayed at different places along the Kenai for Sockeye season. Redfish Lodge is without a doubt the most friendliest and family oriented fish camp we have yet to stay in. We will no longer look around for different... More

This is my third summer staying at Redfish Lodge and I come here with a few other guys who have been staying here for the past seven years. We come to Alaska from Wisconsin primarily for Red (sockeye) fishing and are never disappointed. From the moment you enter the property you will be on cloud nine. The property is very... More

We had a late arrival (10:30 pm) and the staff was up waiting for us. They made sure we had everything that we needed and provided us with cold drinks since the local gas station was closed. We were originally only going to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 5. Had a horrible experience with our first... More

We booked our fishing trips with Steve before we arrived and he did a great job choosing the guided trips for us. We checked in with Marcia and felt at home instantly. My two sons and a friend and I checked into our cabin and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for the four of us. The showers were always hot,... More

Its hard to describe the small town alaskan experience, but Steve and his crew at Redfish Lodge exemplify everything there is about it. Just had a quick visit up there and they were gracious and accommodating. They have everything you need to have a great experience and I will be back!

Redfish lodge was one o my favorite experiences in Alaska this summer. Not only was it clean, friendly and accommodating but the owners went above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel at home. When we had trouble finding transportation- they helped us. When we needed gear- they had it even down to bear protection. When we... More
