Stopped there for a night, liking the design of the rooms. But don't be fooled! Was shocked by the personnel's attitude, very rude during our stay, waited for 30 Mins to be asked what we wanted to drink when restaurant was empty. Also we are still waiting for the bill - which by the way, is illegal to not provide... More

After a tour up and down the famous Sighisoara wooden stairs, we turned right into a narrow old passage just to find a backstreet, shaded little terrace covered with vine. Some cat was lazying around next to us, we greated passer-bys from inside the enchanted vineyard and ate the best pieces of cake in all Romania. The service was pretty... More

The hotel is small but very cosy. It has a restaurant and a terrace outside. The building is an old, well-renovated house in the heart of the Old Town, situated in a little, quiet street. We had a very cosy and romantic room. Absolutely charming interior in a very good taste. Friendly but rather cold personal.

From the moment we've spotted the lovely terrace against the ancient citadel wall while taking a walk on the small, pebbled streets right in the middle of Sighisoara, we were hooked: we stopped for a cappuccino and a divine cake. We asked if they had rooms, and the very friendly and helpful girl showed us the two most enchanting and... More

Very cosy and romantic room with a lot of baroque like broidery and curling everywhere. Vintage shower tap and sink. Very good sleep on wood bed and very comfortable bedding. Also a chic caffe next door with an enchanting terrace on a cosy and intimate medieval street. Had wonderful teas, vanilla tart and dobos.

Very clean, very friendly staff, very cool rooms and decor, and just very cool overall. The friendly staff greeted us on arrival, and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were clean warm, and bursting with traditional character. Everything you need is supplied including toiletries, toothbrushes and proper sterilized cups in the bathroom (not the cheap disposable plastic ones). This... More

We came to Sighisoara for New Year's eve. We decided to go out to eat and chose this place because we read very reviews about it. But things weren't as pleasant as described on Trip Advisor. The service was disappointing. Poorly cleaned dishes and pricey menus. Overly defensive staff. I would choose this restaurant only if I had no other... More

The hotel is located inside the citadel, very close to the wooden stairs. If you're carrying heavy luggage try to have a car leave you as close to the hotel because the pebble streets are almost impossible for luggage. The hotel is very small with just a few rooms. The lobby is in the very busy cafe and then on... More

Don't believe the hype about "every room has a view". We had asked specifically for good views and our ground floor rooms (2) looked out on an alley. There was a peeping Tom, if you consider that romantic or ethnic. The woman in fancy dress who handed us our keys was surly and unhelpful (shrugged when we asked if there... More

We stayed here in August 2012 for part of our honeymoon tour of Transylvania. Wow! We were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who had not only made us a special love heart cake, but whilst we were eating on the terrace, decorated our whole room with candles and rose petals! They even made me a bouquet that I took with... More
