We had a very mixed experience at this hotel when we stayed there. The location is fantastic, being at the entrance of Ham Rong mountain, and within a 3 minute walk to the market and Main Street. The service was pretty good, but was made difficult at times, due to the staff members limited English. The staff had to call... More

Everything was great about this hotel! Easy to find and good location! The breakfast was good enough with hot baguettes. Staff were pleasant and let us keep our bags there when going for a trek! We didn't expect luxury but when we walked into our room we were very pleasantly surprised! The bed was very comfortable with lots of space... More

Very central yet quiet location. Small place with French facade that imparts family atmosphere (well behaved children of owners play in the main room at night). Excellent breakfast. Run by very friendly and educated couple (owner used to study in New Zealand) who will help with anything.

Was thinking about staying at the Victoria but it had mixed reviews and saw a review for this on the LP site and liked the words "quiet location". Really glad I picked it. The hotels on a pedestrian only bit of road so no through traffic outside which in Sapa can be a big plus. Nice setting. The manager speaks... More

We stayed here for a few nights as our base for exploring Sapa. Good value for money, decent breakfast with scrambled / fried eggs / muesli, excellent fresh bread. Very clean and conveniently located close to the action but off the main drags so you have a haven from the mopeds. There are surely hotels which take better advantage of... More

We arrived with the nighttrain very early in the morning (around 6h30 at the hotel) and we could immediately go in our room, which was so nice because we hadn't slept very well on the hard seats in the train. The room was big, clean, nice rainshower and soft beds! Location is also very well: very close to the town... More

This hotel is cheap, it looks good, has lovely rooms- very spacious and gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast is decent and included and the location is great. However when we arrived the lady on the front desk was extremely unhelpful, couldn't give us any advice on trekking or where to go for an afternoon walk (which is the reason everyone comes here).... We stayed for a couple of nights in this clean, spacious hotel in Sapa. It was owned by Mr Nam Hong who put our whole Sapa tour together; starting from the train tickets waiting for us at the Hanoi station to staff greeting us on arrival and a fabulous Hmong guide, Zi, for two days trekking. We enjoyed his whole... More

We stayed two nights in the Binh Sapa hotel and could not have received better treatment anywhere. Mr. Nong made sure that our accommodation was what we had reserved and made his staff available to handle our somewhat unusual circumstances.
