We have traveled a lot on different continents and we really enjoyed our stay at this place. It had a nice staff and an amazing view. The hotel arranged guided tours that were wonderful and had committed tour guides. We got more than we paid for. /Four senior Swedish backpackers

This hotel is located at on a higher ground among others, offering a great scenic view. It is also very family-oriented as they serve tasty home-cooked food. The owner is generous, affable and chatty, treating his guests like friends. The hotel specialises in Sapa trekking tours, offering many options with local ethnic English-speaking tour guides.

While the room was nice and the treks organised were good the staff were awful. They were so rude the whole time and we were ignored or waved off when we tried to talk to them. We were moved tables 3 times when we sat down for dinner and after repeatedly asking why they told us for the first one... More

We got to the hotel from a tour we booked in Hanoi. We stayed at a double room and got 2 big beds. The room was huge with a big balcony and great view! Nice breakfast and very nice staff :) The price was very low and the location is good. No complaints!

We arrived at the hotel after booking a tour in Hanoi. We really had no idea which hotel we would be staying at and at first glance it looked okay. The staff are friendly and helpful but you have to pay for everything not included in your tour price so check the inclusions. The hotel also organises tours for people... More

This family-operated hotel was part of our Sapa package which we booked in Hanoi (bus overnight transfer, 1 hotel night, with full board and trekking tours) and we were very positively surprised by the excellent price / quality offered at this centrally located hotel (2nd block of main street within Sapa village). Staff is super nice and helpful, service superb... More

Hotel was quite nice and despite of other reviews we had a very nice room. On the last night the owner lit our fireplace which was really cool. The pick up at Lao Cai went a little chaotic, as I just read from other reviewers who had the same experience, so this is really an improving point for the owner.... More

We used this hotel in connection with our trekking tour in Sapa. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and had breakfast there. The quality of the the food was not impressive, and they charged us extra for 2nd plate - even though the arrangement with the travel agency offered a full meal. Our travel agency made a refund...
