This hotel is considered average with a rather ok location. Sapa town is a 5 min down slope walk from the hotel. Rooms are OK and reasonable for the price my friends and I paid. There is also a motorbike rental service in the hotel. The hotel staffs, especially the GM Sean Hadad, were really helpful when two of my... More

I stayed at the hotel on tour to Sapa area. Everything is organized to make a trip comfortable and pleasant. After check out you can still use showers (near the restuarant) and baggage room. Single room was very spacious, clean and comfy. Mattraces is electically heated. The shower os fantastic, really hot. That's what one need after trekking! Food is... More

I visited as part of a tour package. The hotel has an elevator (not to be taken for granted in Vietnam). Room is ok and has a fan )no air condition). It had 1 double and 1 single bed. The double bed had electric blanket. Meals were included and offered more than 7 choices of set menus. Local tours are... More

We visited the hotel as part of a tour package which included 3 days of trekking. The room that we had was really nice – 2 really big beds, TV, modern bathroom, tea and coffee and a balcony with views of the rice terrace covered hills. However the hotel was quite clearly unfinished and other rooms in our corridor were... More

Don t expect too much from this place. It s a good place to sleep, has several English tv channels and good enough bathroom. Breakfast buffet isn t that good, but it fills the void. More quantity than quality let s say. As for the dinner, it sucked. Some of the staff is very friendly, others (kitchen personnel) less. You... More

This hotel was included as part of the tour we booked in Hanoi (I am not sure what the cost per room is if you book independently - the standards could simply reflect a cheap room). I got the impression that a lot of tours stay here and that the hotel may take these regular bookings for granted. We arrived... More

Seriously, I don´t know if it was my lucky day or if it´s the standard, but I seriously couldn´t be happier of having stayed at this hotel. Firstly, we arrived here by chance. Since we didn´t have a booking anywhere, just asked to see a room. USD 15 for a spacious room, with windows to the outside, comfy bed, good... More

Location: Not close to central Sapa. The distance isn't actually that far but the problem is Sapa is hilly and you will need to hike up to this place. Not a good thing since it takes a lot of effort "climbing" after a long day trekking to the local villages. And not a good experience to walking up in the cold either... More

I had been to SAPA before and stayed at a older hotel and it was less developed, the food was less and the quality of the rooms were less. Mr Zu ran the travel and reception area, spoke great English, knew the questions that we were going to ask and answered them quickly. He was genuinely interested in the guests... More
