The hotel itself was fine. My room was big, clean and comfortable. Noise from dogs barking at night but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was too stodgy but lunch/dinner set menus were very good particularly the spring rolls and curry. Dining room was good for meeting people. Showers available if rooms aren't ready and there is luggage storage though... More

The whole trip wasn't THAT perfect, but I give five star rating because the guide was just awesome (her name was May). She was extremely smiling, happy to talk to everyone and thus making everyone smiling and happy too. It was a great trek. I also loved the breakfast! The meals were very good. There is just a small lack... More

We slept at the Summit for 1 night and to start off we were here in February and the temperature was around 8 to 14 degrees Celsius. We had clothes matching the weather and thank goodness i brought my onesy for the night. The receptionist was not very helpful, he was pretty rude and kept on playing his computer game... More

It's clean, the rooms are huge and it has such a glorious view! Yes and it is new too compared to some of the hotels there in Sapa. The location was also good, near town, a short walk to the market and also near the road that leads to Lao Chai Village. I was quite bumped initially as it was... More

We were initially apprehensive about this hotel, as we booked it as part of a cheap tour and had seen some bad reviews on trip advisor. I can safely say that I had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were very clean, with hot powerful shower and a heated blanket on the beds! The food we had was from a... More

got there too soon in the morning and lucky for us that they have room available. The staff are not good at English as well, seem like they didn't care much about their guests. Room was nice with good view, i could see the cloud all day

Location may be good if the view is clear. Room is okay and has bed heater. BUT staffs are noisy - arguing and shouting with each other and seem not to care of guests sleeping. This was 10pm on Feb 5, 2015.

I didn't care for Sapa Summit Hotel at first, but it really wasn't such a bad place to stay. It's definitely a two star place, but it had everything one needed -- buffet style food, comfortable beds, warm showers, transportation here and there, organized tours, and so on. It's full of backpackers, trekkers, and hard-duty travelers.

This hotel has a great view on clear days. The rooms are average but do have electric blankets - some guests complained that theirs did not work. We did not have running hot water on day one and staff were not very competent at fixing the problem. There were two blackouts during our stay and staff were unable to deal... More

We reserved VIP ROOM (218) there have balcony. In room has heater under the bed that make us feel warm. Restroom so big but the floor too cold. Staffs can speak english very well and can help us for tourist place around sapa. We think we will comeback to stay here again if we have a chance.
