We stayed here as a tour package from Hanoi Star Hotel. We had all of our meals included and 2 days trekking. We skipped the first (and smaller) days trekking and our friends said we didnt miss much. The meals were fantastic! The room was amazing, we had a balcony room with a view of the mountains and an amazing... More

First of all, I did not spend a night in the Sapa Summit hotel, but I booked a 3day trekking tour with 2 nights of homestay through them. I only had breakfast and dinner once in the hotel and both meals were terrible. In addition, the shared washroom facilities were in a really bad condition. However, the tour they organized... More

My girlfriend and I went to the Summit hotel as part of a 2 day tour to Sapa. I think the reviews of the hotel are quite harsh and I don't have that many complaints. The food that was given was well presented and accomodates vegetarians and gluten-free people, which was very much appreciated. The drinks are free at breakfast... More

This hotel was inlcuded with our tour. I have to say this is great hotel in Sapa. The staffs were very friendly, helpful , whatever you need just ask them. We had a deluxe room with moutain view with balcony on 4th floor . Room was big with comfortable bed. The minus point is breakfast , there are only fews... More

As part of a tour, I was there 1 1/2 days, one night. Being in Sapa in March, the weather was definitely cool--the duvet was welcomed in the room. It would've been great to have a heater as well, tho was OK without one. The reception is quite organized, well-used to tours. The itinerary, schedule, + potential options are well-explained,... This hotel is used by many tour operators. It must be cheap. It is a cold, bleak place. There is no heating nor any air conditioning in the rooms. They do not turn on the heating anywhere else in the hotel, even in the middle of winter, and Sapa gets very cold in winter. They provide a foul breakfast in... More

Before I start I will make it clear I did not stay at this hotel, just did a 4 night, 3 day trek from it. When we were picked up from the train station we had to sit in the cold and wait 45 minutes for other passengers. Unacceptable in those temperatures. On arrival at the hotel, everywhere inside was...
