We had the best room I think at the bamboo hotel a corner room which had a view of the street and the mountains. SAPA is breath taking we just fell in love with this town, the hotel is central, clean & the new renovations are great! If I come back I will definitely stay here again.

1. We were given a quiet room with a view. The room was located in the old wing, so it was fairly old and needed a reno. The hot water played up a bit, from icy to hot and it was winter at this time 2. We asked for a shower facility before taking the night train back to Hanoi,... More

Stayed 2 nights, bed was massive hard surface! A tad too hard for my liking, room is big very simple! Great view and alpine village feel to it, hotel is located on a hill and close to western restaurants! Many local shops around. It's what it is for a 3 star hotel, no complain just not the best! Ok for... More

This is very much an upmarket hotel but the prices were very affordable and the service was excellent. Our bedroom was huge, tidy and very clean and the bed was gigantic and so comfortable. The room was equipped with a balcony with spectacular views of the mountains. The ladies at the reception desk were efficient and welcoming. Wifi was fast.... More

Clean spacious room with lovely view. Booked this room through our local travel agency, however the staff gave our local guide the run around when we tried to check in by Midday. They treated our local guide like a second rate citizen. Our travel agent called us to inform is that our room was actually ready but when our guide... More

This is a nice cosy hotel located in the centre of Sapa. Their rooms are quite big and spacious. Although didn't spend much time here but it's considered a reasonable hotel. Their food spread for breakfast is quite good too. The only setback is that people smoke in the lobby of the hotel and it's hazardous to someone like me... More

A poor experience overall from this hotel and its staff. Firstly when we arrived early in the morning, we were told our room was "available" but not "ready" whatever that means! We had just arrived off the overnight train and were expecting to be able to check in straight away as that is what my travel agent had told us.... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. On arrival our room wasn't ready and we we're given no explination as to why, just that it would be 'soon'. We had just arrived off of the overnight train and we're very tired. In the end we waited in the un heated foyer for close to 4 hours expecting our room... More

If you get one of the mountain view rooms like we did you are in for a treat. We had a balcony that overlooked Fansipan mountain and the room was amazing. The breakfast is also fairly good. I think this is one of the best hotels in Sapa...

The hotel front desk main lobby and dining room is situated rigjt on the main street but once you get a room key you will go down one flight on the right side as the main building of the hotel is situated here in this very special town of Sapa which is one of the top three destinations for visitors...
