We had booked a room there and when we arrived in Sapa... the hotel was 4 pillars of concrete being worked on. No sign, nothing. Worst moment of our trip. The website says it was fully renovated in 2014... No. It was being renovated right in front of us. DO NOT GO to that place selling lies. Instead, we went... More

We booked a deluxe suite with the mountain view which is supposed to have a private balcony/terrace but the balcony we had was not only tiny but had a terrible view. We paid a hefty sum for a very average "deluxe" room and the worst part is that they are currently renovating the hotel, so all we could hear was... More

Obviously from the reviews of this place , they've completed a facelift of sorts because we actually had a really good experience here.I can only speak for our room , #402, but we peeked into the room across the hall and it looked comparable too. So, it's time to turn the page on what sounds like a troubled past because... More

Pros: nice view over the Mountains. Well located. More or less friendly staff. Cons: rooms in horrible shape, mouldy, wet, and loud because of renovation. Never ate such disgusting food before. Bathrooms were a mess, dirty is Understatement. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!

I was there on April 2011. (Cannot choose this date from the box bellow.) Pros: Near Cat cat village (a tourist attraction). Quite good view from the window. There's a valley near this hotel. Cons: Dirty old room. They dinn't clean my room everyday. Furnitures are old. Dirty toilet as well. We booked this room as suggestion from the bus... More

We used this hotel as a base for trekking. They gave us a room to shower, it was the most horrible room ever, with towels strewn on the floor, old toothbrushes etc. When we asked for it to be cleaned after a lot of arguments they picked up the towels but left the dead cockroach on the window sill. They... More

we didn't book this hotel by ourselves, but it was part of an organized tour that we arranged via the Sinh Cafe. They offered an upgrade for a better hotel, but we thought that it couldn't be too bad (as we had had very good experiences with the Sinh Cafe before). I would actually recommend anyone to upgrade for the... More

We were lucky to not be booked here overnight, it was just a room provided after our trek to clean up in. I was grateful to have packed a pair of sandals becuse there was no way I was going to shower barefoot in there. The tub is wooden, with a drain on the side to drain into the floor.... More

We were booked into this hotel for 1 night with a tour through Vietnam VIP Tours which I think is part of Sinh Cafe. The hotel was disgusting - there was no heat so we had to sleep fully clothed - the hotel was dirty - I actually watched the cleaner sweep the dirt under the foyer carpet and the... More
