We stayed 4 nights in this centrally-located hotel in Sapa with breakfast provided. It was definitely great value for money. Our two rooms were clean and tidy with private balconies overlooking the Hamrong Mountains. With temperatures ranging between 11-18 degrees, the hotel provided heaters in the rooms as well as heated beds. Our private tours to see the mesmerising Fansipan Legend on a clear day, Cat Cat Village, Glass Bridge, Bac Ha Sunday Market, Lao Cai and minority village were organised by the hotel. We were very satisfied with the services provided by the driver who was skillful and very experienced. Overall experience exceeded our expectations due to the personal touch provided by the team throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this hotel in our next visit to Sapa.

Very comfortable and homely feel. We had yummy ala carte and buffet breakfast. Best of both worlds. Hot shower and working heater. Owner was always in the hotel and assisted us for our ad hoc trip to the other villages. Staff are friendly. Will come back again!!

Amazing hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food served was delicious and much better than what I expected. Tours could be arranged too from the hotel with ease. Rooms were clean although I would have preferred the mountain view

A very family like hotel. All the staff are friendly and very accomodative. On days that we had to leave the hotel early for our trips, the hotel staff kindly sent our breakfast to our room even before their starting hours. A big Thank You to all who has made our stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Highly recommended to anyone.

The room facing the mountain view is quiet. The staff are always smiling and an ala-carte breakfast was arranged for us on our 2nd day. They also checked whether we need any tour or transport upon. It was very nice. One of the housekeeping staff (lady in black pant) sat on our bed and pillow while charging her phone and did not change the bedsheet for that. They should provide a Do Not Disturb sign as this is part of the reason that I don't like anyone to enter my room. The balcony is shared.

We reserved a private driver to take us to the large Sunday market 80 km from Lao Cai. Sapa Unique Hotel stuff was very helpfull with arranging the trip. We were welcommed by our driver in the morning at 9 o'clock in our hotel in Sa Pa. Best part of the trip was driver-Thuan himself. He told us so many things about vietnamise everyday life, he fed us juicy and fragrant fresh painaple, drove with greate competence and showed around the Bac Ha market and nearby village. If you stay in Sa Pa, market is not the greatest site and we would not recommend taking the day off your itinerary for this excursion. Much better quality and autentic crafts are around Sa Pa area. As far as the products sold on the market, they were not so exceptional, picturesque or interesting.

Stayed only for one night, but was a good experience. The rooms are quite rustic and we liked that. Room was clean, but got a bit a funny smell, perhaps because all made of wood. View from the balcony was just breath taking. Breakfast was also good and staff was very friendly. Definitely wouldn't mind to stay there again.

I stayed at room 502 for 2 nights with 2 asults and 2 teenage kids. Exceptionally clean room. Service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was really good. Located at shoe streets and many eatery shops. 5 min walk to the lake. Will stay again

This hotel was very comfortable and budget-friendly. The staff were amazing, especially Viet, the front desk manager who gave us great recommendations and accommodated us very last minute for an extra night and then a third after we did a night at a homestay (we did travel during the slower season so I can’t speak to whether this will always be possible). We felt very comfortable at the hotel. They gave us a free locker during our homestay and were incredibly kind and accommodating to ensure that we had a great trip- and we did! The food was delicious as well :) As a side note, if you have a “city view” room, you may hear traffic on the road and cars/motorbikes honking to get through the traffic early in the morning. The Mountain View was quieter and beautiful if there’s no fog.
