Amazing hotel in an authentic place in North Vietnam. Since the departure from Hanoi on the victoria express train, the journey has been fantastic. The hotel picked us up from the train station and dropped us at the hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful. The rooms are simple but very comfortable. The breakfast and food menu was very good. The... More

We booked a last minute room here as we thought we were going to use the overnight train back to Hanoi and only guests can book their train which is apparently the best one. I didn't feel the hotel was worth double the other one we stayed in a few doors down. Pro's Great Location Beautiful hotel Lovely facilities Great... More

We stayed in the Victoria Sapa resort on May 2015. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is what you would expect from a good hotel. The part I enjoyed most is the pool and spa and the reason is the wonderful view and relaxed atmosphere. If you go to the hotel... More

This is a very nice place to spend a few days relaxing. Our room was on the second floor with views over the lake. There is no lift so if you have trouble with stairs request a ground floor room. You also have to walk down a small hill to access the town. The swimming pool is also a short... More

Best balcony view I've had in Vietnam. The hotel is great, the train wasn't too bad. Victoria carriages look to be the best choice. The hotel will leave a letter in your room on the day you check out advising that there will not be a dining cart on the train and it suggests purchasing a pre packed dinner form... More

This hotel is generally considered the nicest place in Sapa. It seems to be owned and managed by French speaking people. There was a very large French tour group that arrived when we were there. The location is right near the main park and church of Sapa, up a slight hill. There is a small store that does laundry across... More

My family have been loyal customers of Victoria Sapa since the resort's very first day in business. The view was breathtaking and the service was impeccable. After many years, the resort is still our very top choice. Along with the resort, the Victoria Train also provides wonderful experience. There are a lot of new hotels in town, and Victoria is... We had a three day break to Sapa, catching the Victoria Express, and spending the night at the Victoria Hotel. From the onset the trip was amazing. The Victoria Express have a lounge, where you can enjoy drinks and nibbles, which is a much nicer option than waiting at the train station. They take your luggage over to the train... More

The Victoria Sa Pa Resort and Spa was our based of operations for multiple days of photography in the Sa Pa mountain region. The resort provided excellent rooms, excellent views, and a reasonably good spa to unwind the muscle aches of the day. Meals were good, but predominantly European fare, I prefer a little more local authenticity, but then there... More

Friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is very nice -- clean and well maintained, and has some really nice views of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. We also liked the fact that the hotel was a little removed from the hustle and bustle of central Sapa -- it was a... More
