we got a nice twin bed room on the 6th floor, with a fantastic view to Fansipan. Magic in early morning to see just the tip of the mountain and the rest covered in cotton fog. Our room 606 was bright and spacious with very comfortable beds. Fridge and kettle, tea and coffee. Tiny balcony. Bathroom was ok, but not... More

I and my wife stayed here Oct, 2014. Hotel is new and nice: good room with small balcony. It was pity since the weather was not good so we could not have the clear view for valley. The staff were nice and friendly. We had lunch and breakfast on the top-floor restaurant. They all good. The hotel was recommend by... More

This hotel is situated in a great location for exploring the town of Sa Pa. The rooms have all you could want and for the price it is excellent value. Breakfast is very extensive and the restaurant has spectacular views with a choice of sitting inside or outside on the large verandah area. The were also postcard views from our... More

The hotel looks lovely, the rooms are nice, beds are comfy, (ask for soft pillows if you need) BUT the area is noisy, there is lots of construction noise, the tiled floors & open plan design of the entire hotel makes it very noisy. Managements decision to allow a group of Chinese to hold a very loud Karaoke party in... More

This hotel was very good, not brilliant but good. Service was good but it would be better if more could speak a little more English. They have to get better coffee and they should supply coffee in the rooms with milk or suitable substitute. The tours organised within the hotel were excellent. Finally not everyone deals in US dollars. Thank... More

It's a very beautiful hotel with a very pretty view. The big rooms are well equiped and the beds were really comfortable. Our room had a great view as well! The breakfast is good and you can choose out of many different things. Unfortenally, the swimming pool and hot tub were closed due to long term maintance. In stead, we... More

Hotels location is ok with nice views of mountains on highest levels..Unfortunately due to poor weather views not great and constant building work front and back of hotel didn't auger well for relaxing time. On arrival we were given very noisy room at front which was changed very quickly to one at back that was considerably bigger ..We did have... More

I pay money to check in early but when i come the floor in room is very dirty. I ask to the receptionist about clean room again when i go out but they don't do this. The service is bad. I ask the restaurant for lunch and hire motorbike for me but not good. I'm very angry in my trip.... More
