After spending a few days in Hanoi it was a relief to check in here. I loved my room. It was spacious, clean, had a great view and I liked the distinct Alpine feel of the room..I'd almost describe it as having a Japanese influence. Quite warm and cosy. Air con worked fine. I don't think the mini bar fridges... More

There were three of us for our stay at this hotel being mum, dad, and adult daughter so we had an interconnecting room for our stay. Both rooms were good, clean, with one having a double bed as well as a single and main room a king size bed. Our room was located on the road side of the hotel... More

This place is ok. Front desk Staff are not that friendly but the boys who help with baggage etc are very helpful. Wifi is intermittent. showers take a long time to heat up and I presume the place is cold in winter as there were big gaps in our windows which let in breeze. Could do with being a bit... More

I have no idea why TripAdvisor flags this place. A really good hotel - nice staff, clean, quiet. The rooms are huge and the beds are big and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and is in a very good location of town. Breakfast is rich and good, compared to other hotels in Vietnam we've been at. Have some problems... More

A group of friends came to Sapa for two nights and I tossed up between a trekking homestay or a day trek and staying in Sapa town (thinking the latter may be a bit more restful after a hectic two weeks and Vietnam and an overnight train). Sapa town has such potential & amazing mountain views, but there was a... More

Visited this hotel as part of a tour package for Sapa trekking. Hotel was great, a lot more than we had expected. Very roomy living room and bedroom, balcony that over looked the mountains. Less than a minutes walk into the heart of town. Decent food and friendly staff. Our tour guide Mr Ming was also great. If I ever... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March. We arrived very early in the morning with food poisoning from Hanoi, the staff were great and changed our room to give us a early check in for free. Our room had a fantastic view to Fansipan which is magic in the early morning through a sea of fog.... More

Stayed as part of a Macleay Valley tour group, my room 606 was delightful with a little balcony overlooking the valley and clouded in mist each morning. The room had reverse cycle air-conditioning which would be handy in winter but not required when I was there in march. The bathroom had a large walk in shower that was very welcome... More

Stayed here as part of a tour, and out of curiosity looked to see what Trip Advisor had to say about it. From my experience, the horror stories are unwarranted. We were given a beautiful suite, with an amazing view of Fansipan. We'd been a bit spoilt with stellar service at our hotel in Hanoi, and whilst not up to... More

the room was ok. clean. But it was cold the days we were there and it took hours for the room to warm up. breakfast was average and extremely crowded. the hotel is in the village, good location once you get there.
