My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March. We arrived very early in the morning with food poisoning from Hanoi, the staff were great and changed our room to give us a early check in for free. Our room had a fantastic view to Fansipan which is magic in the early morning through a sea of fog.... More

Stayed as part of a Macleay Valley tour group, my room 606 was delightful with a little balcony overlooking the valley and clouded in mist each morning. The room had reverse cycle air-conditioning which would be handy in winter but not required when I was there in march. The bathroom had a large walk in shower that was very welcome... More

Stayed here as part of a tour, and out of curiosity looked to see what Trip Advisor had to say about it. From my experience, the horror stories are unwarranted. We were given a beautiful suite, with an amazing view of Fansipan. We'd been a bit spoilt with stellar service at our hotel in Hanoi, and whilst not up to... More

the room was ok. clean. But it was cold the days we were there and it took hours for the room to warm up. breakfast was average and extremely crowded. the hotel is in the village, good location once you get there.

we got a nice twin bed room on the 6th floor, with a fantastic view to Fansipan. Magic in early morning to see just the tip of the mountain and the rest covered in cotton fog. Our room 606 was bright and spacious with very comfortable beds. Fridge and kettle, tea and coffee. Tiny balcony. Bathroom was ok, but not... More

I and my wife stayed here Oct, 2014. Hotel is new and nice: good room with small balcony. It was pity since the weather was not good so we could not have the clear view for valley. The staff were nice and friendly. We had lunch and breakfast on the top-floor restaurant. They all good. The hotel was recommend by... More

the hotel location is good. near to local shopping centre , a bit far from Sapa Market but walkable around 2-3km. limited choice of breakfast menu for muslims. very friendly reception staff. nice environement. my complaint is just regarding the heater system. as it was February , its winter season, its very cold and the heater system was not centralised.... This hotel is situated in a great location for exploring the town of Sa Pa. The rooms have all you could want and for the price it is excellent value. Breakfast is very extensive and the restaurant has spectacular views with a choice of sitting inside or outside on the large verandah area. The were also postcard views from our... More

The hotel looks lovely, the rooms are nice, beds are comfy, (ask for soft pillows if you need) BUT the area is noisy, there is lots of construction noise, the tiled floors & open plan design of the entire hotel makes it very noisy. Managements decision to allow a group of Chinese to hold a very loud Karaoke party in... More
