Though I didn’t stay at this hotel, the Sa Pa trekking trip my hotel in Hanoi had booked for me was seemingly organised through here. The trek was very nice, the guide was excellent and the homestay family was exceptionally friendly. This all came in handy when I became violently ill on my first night in Sa Pa, whilst at... More

The rooms are not really clean and the restaurant is even questionable. The main toilet at the reception has no soap what so ever to wash hands. The staff is not well prepared to host visitors and becomes streesed when the guest complains about the service. I had a difficult time there caused by a misundertanding about the package I... More

The weather up there was so cold when we were there. But the room did not have a heater in place and our shower was also not functioning. However, we made the best of our one night stay there and experienced the cold. The view in the morning made up for all the shortage that we experienced at the hotel.... More

This charming old building overlooking the Sapa township offers clean and elegantly furnished rooms, unsurpassed views of the mountains and valleys, and a welcoming reception by its warm and helpful staff. Only a short stroll to the elevated outskirts of town, this is truly the spot to find inspiration as you breathe in the clean and revitalizing airs of Vietnam's... More

We paid $20 a night to stay here (not booked in advance - just turned up) which was one of the cheaper options on a very busy weekend (Sept 2nd Vietnam national holiday weekend). We stayed for 1 night (too busy in Sapa - complete tourist trap this weekend). We stayed in a bunch of $10-20 a night hotels in... More

We stayed here as it was the hotel included in our Sapa trek homestay excursion package. We stayed 1 night after the homestay night, before heading back to Hanoi. We arrived very early in the morning after a night on the sleeper train, it was cold out, so we thought a nice hot shower and warm breakfast would start us... More

We had lovely big rooms with balconies and a patio at the end of the hallway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the tv wasn't any good. Breakfast was ok. I had a massage and it was very good - $10. Beautiful furniture in the rooms. The place is getting old but still very nice to... More

We booked the Sapa tour at the airport and this hotel is included in the package. The out look is not bad. The nice thing was the staff provided us a place to bath even our room was not readied. But the worst things started..nil air-con..nil light during our bath..towers were a bit dirty.. When we checked in our room,... More

Stayed for 2 nights in this property in December. While the staff is rather friendly and cooperative, the noise from the 4th floor is unbearable at times. I suspect the 4th floor is being used to accommodate their staff or perhaps being rented out to some local workers. Was given a room on the 4th floor and without elevator it... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite large and clean. You had to rent space heaters (only $1 USD) but it was hard to warm the room because of the size. Most of the year is probably okay but we visited during a cold time of the year (January). We thought the breakfast buffet that is... More
