This large, converted family home is 10 minutes by taxi from Sapa itself and a world away in atmosphere. It is quiet and comfortable such that you come to think of it as home after several days. The rooms are cavernously tiled which make them chilly during the winter months - although there is a single oil heater in the... More

We recently stayed in this B & B located just outside of Sapa. The location is inconvenient but the gardens are beautiful. The customer service was lacking and the arrangement for our train tickets was confusing. However, the guided tour that was set up was excellent. Overall, staying closer to the center of town is probably better.

Very pleased that we booked to stay for 2 nights at the B & B. It is located just out of town, but a very quick taxi into town is no hassle. After arriving from Hanoi where all hotels rooms are shiny granite & polished chrome, this B & B has a definate rustic charm, however the room we had... More

I loved this place! It was freezing in Sapa and we had heard that some hotels don't have hot water. Sapa Gardens had a beautiful bathroom with hot water and electric blankets. The room was large and well set up. The couple that run this place were lovely and very accommodating despite speaking little English. They cooked us breakfast which... More

Before going to Sa Pa I didn't know it was going to like me so much. I'm pretty sure that it was the stay in Sapa Garden B&B which make the experience so special. Was not just because its appearance of dolls house in the middle of the mountains, or because is located 2km from town so you don't feel... More

My partner had arranged to stay in this Bed and breakfast from dec 30- Jan 1. We booked through Agoda (Dec 25) and pre paid $117 for the two nights, and received our booking confirmation. We e mailed Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast directly on Dec 27 just to make sure they had received our booking. We received no reply.... More

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Electric blankets and an oil heater were provided as it was cold. Breakfast was nice, though dinner was a little overpriced at $10 per person. However it was really nice having a relaxing meal there instead of going out. While the hosts' son does speak English well, he works and does not actually... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole place including the room was just beautifully set up. It was obvious that a lot of thought and attention had gone into the planning of the B&B. Nam was extremely helpful. He arranged for us to be picked up from the train and arranged the return trip as... More

This really is a charming place to stay. Nam Hong, the owner’s son is extremely helpful in setting up train tickets, tour guides, etc – pretty much everything you need. His parents who own the home do not speak English, but we were able to reach Nam Hong via the phone any time we needed him. The rooms are simple,... More

Even before we arrived at the B&B, we experienced terrific assistance from Nam Hong who helped us with changes to our travel plans. He was efficient and contactable despite being away from the B&B which was even more impressive. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by his parents into their stunning home with his mother cooking us what would... More
