Despite being at the center of one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in SE Asia, Sapa, in general, is still getting its act together as a tourist destination - that can be both its charm and its detriment. Hotels and food, for example, often seem repetitive and uninspired. Sapa Garden B & B gives travelers a terrific and... More

Sapa Garden B&B is top notch and the reviews prove it! My husband and I stayed for one night in the Mountain Room in early April. The B&B is tucked in a quiet part of town with a lush garden, which makes it extra special. When we arrived, we were greeted and shown the beautiful home. Ong Thac and Ba... More

My family and I stayed at this tranquil property for 3 days and we were blown away! When we arrived after a long train trip, Nam Hong quickly checked us in and was able to offer us several suggestions for breakfast, tour and dinner. He was very helpful and friendly! We stayed here for two nights (and three superb breakfasts) and I purposely went without lunch on my last day to savour every bite of Nam's mother's evening meals, which more than caters for fussy vegetarians like myself. The rooms are large (with WiFi and TV - if you need it!) and in the mornings you can open your room's... More

The title says it all. The B&B is perfect, very beautiful, big, comfortable rooms with amazing bathroom and all kind of comforts in the room including an electrical blanket. In Vietnam I found everything very clean, but this place was the top - spotless! The owner and his parents made us feel at home. for instance, the lady cooks the... More

Only 2 km from town, we stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful tranquil place, if you love open air, sitting in colorful gardens, or reading in front of a cosy fire, I highly recommend Sapa Garden. Awesome cooking by Nam's mum, well appointed large rooms, we will definitely choose here again. Nam also organized our trekking tours into the... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Sapa Garden. After a long night train to Sapa the quiet welcome at Sapa Garden was perfect for recovering. We stayed here in October 2013 for 3 nights. The garden setting is lovely and we enjoyed interacting with Nam Hong's parents, who manage the B&B. Neither one speaks English, but they picked up the phone and called Nam if we had a question they could not understand or answer for us. His mother is a wonderful cook and his... More
