First of all this hotel is in a great location at the end of town, but just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops etc. The View from our hotel window (once the mist cleared) was fantastic. In fact, a good portion of the outer wall was a huge window. The room was large and very clean and modern.... More

The Sapa View Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Nice location not far from the center but not in a noisy area. Nice view when the weather is good. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was one of the best (maybe the best) we had during our travel in Asia. Comfortable bed, heating blanket, fireplace, nice... More

The e-mail service was really good and we got all excited about our stay in Sapa. Turned out no one spoke English on site (the emails are answered by one lady (Ms. Dung) from a travel agency. The room had a great view (if not for the fog, but that is obviously not thir falt), and was quite ok, until... More

The location of this hotel is 5 Min walk away from the busy center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, mainly wooden style with a fire pit. We used the fire pit every day, because it was very cold every night (Travel was in Jan) and the bed had a blanket heater which was quite... More

This a lovely place to stay and would be outstanding in other seasons of the year. It was very cold and rooms were not heated like all the hotels here. They did have electric blankets which were life-savers and fireplaces in the rooms. We were told someone would be by in 10 minutes to make a fire but after over... More

Dear Fisherman34, Thank you for your review of Sapa View. It's great to hear that we would be outstanding in other seasons, as winter is almost over and here comes the summer! Sadly the idea of insulation or heating is still alien to most architects in Sapa and we try in Sapa View to keep the fireplaces glowing and well... More

Sapa View was such a lovely place to stay and made our time in Sapa a memorable experience. The staff was so generous and kind - helping us to set up guides for treks, recommending places to eat and even translating instructions to find medicine at a pharmacy. The rooms feel like an ski cabin and each have a fireplace... More

The location is perfect so close to the local markets and restaurants. Spectacular views from the rooms and worth bike ride down the mountains from a local. The staff were so nice and gave us complimentary wine, beer and lunch on our last day. The restaurant had amazing food, coffee and tea and played nice music a very nice experience... More

As the name suggests, the hotel has a pretty nice view of a rather picturesque landscape. We felt that all of the services were delivered as promised, whether it was the laundry service or the tour service provided. The restaurant staff were also friendly and the all you can eat breakfast mentioned previously was quite delicious. Overall, although the location... More

We stayed here for three nights on our tour of Vietnam. We had a room on the second floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful valley below. the room was clean, comfortable and the staff ll friendly and attentive. It is at the edge of town, so very peaceful (but less than ten minutes walk from the centre). Downsides,... More
