After the overnight trip by train to Lao Cai and by car to Sapa, the hotel offered me a breakfast and all the sevices I needed to refresh, although it was only a short stop of my journey. Many thanks to Ms. Trang for her smile and her kindly help.

Possibly the worst place my husband and I stayed in throughout our trip in Vietnam. Such a shame because this was our last destination and we wanted to end the trip on a good note. The rooms are highly inconsistent with the picture shown on tripadvisor and on any other online site. If you pay $15 extra for a "mini... More

We were here for 2 nights in a double room on the 2nd floor during end of November 2014. The room was clean, warm and nice. Yes it has a heater to warm up the room and heater blanket which the cold cold nights! Hot shower was great. Our favourite favourite was the small little in-house cafe on the top... More

We stayed in a twin room at the Sapa Eden for 1 night. After arriving bleary eyed from the overnight train it was nice to come into a such a welcoming hotel where they let us check in early and have breakfast before starting on our hike. As we drove into Sapa the bus was swarmed by tribes women trying... More

The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the main town centre but you are rewarded with stunning views over the Sapa Valley. The prices are extremely reasonable and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our room was in need of some maintenance (some of the bathroom fittings were loose, the shower pressure was poor and a window... More

My partner and I were quite tired after the bumpy train ride but were welcomed warmly by the Sapa Eden Hotel staff and even able to check in very early. We were at once offered breakfast, located with wonderful views of the landscape and a beyond lovely woman. The room was clean, spacious, and also had a nice view. The... More

Seriously this hotel is in need of a jolly good clean. Shower had not been cleaned in months. Dust every where. Filthy windows hanging off hinges.room keys left on the mostly unattend reception desk. Very disappointed.

We were delighted with our room at the Sapa Eden hotel, Our room was spacious and we had glorious views across the mountains, My husband is an artist and he could sketch to his hearts content , the panorama and changing light was just beautiful at all times, the staff were courteous and helpful, in particular Hoang Trang, and the... We stayed one night at the sapa eden hotel. We arrived early in the morning on the overnight train and they were able to find us room earlier than check in time. The rooms were clean, the location is nice, a little way out of the main road with a good view. Hot water was patchy and the balcony wasn't... More
