We stayed one night at the sapa eden hotel. We arrived early in the morning on the overnight train and they were able to find us room earlier than check in time. The rooms were clean, the location is nice, a little way out of the main road with a good view. Hot water was patchy and the balcony wasn't... More

They made us so welcome. Very friendly and charming service. I was not feeling well on the last day and they made a room available for me free of change all afternoon - even though we had checked out in the morning. So lovely to find that personal care when you overseas. The view was lovely too.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Having arranged our time in Sa Pa via our Hanoi hotel it's always a bit of risk as you don't know what you're going to get. Having arrived at 6 in the morning straight off the overnight train from Hanoi we were a bit spaced out but got sat straight down to a nice... More

This hotel associates for me with something romantic - during our stay it was calm, breathtaking views just made us speechless, staff was always smiling and ready to assist on any issue we might have had. You would not find luxury in this hotel, but somehow it just makes you feel so welcome and in the right place for Sapa... More

I stayed here for one night as part of a package organised by HalongSapa Tours in Hanoi and it was recommended for it's views of the valley. I definitely fulfilled my expectations. The room was very nice, amazing bird eye views. Maybe one minor negative point, the bathroom's lighting could be improved but that's just a detail. Last but not... More

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing is too much trouble for staff and our guide was excellent. Our guide was Ai and she was fantastic. Sa Pa can be cool and wet so make sure you have appropriate clothing although you can buy all you need cheaply in clothing here. Would come here... More

My partner and I stayed at the Sapa Eden Hotel for a couple of nights while travelling around Vietnam. It is a great hotel and in a nice location, the view from the restaurant and the rooms are spectacular, but what makes this place really special are the staff. Trang was fantastic and went over and above to make mine... More

Organised by our Hotel in Hanoi our trip to Sapa began with a sleepless night on the train followed by an hours drive up the mountain. With no sleep and an empty stomach we were looking forward to our arrival in Sapa for at least a hearty breakfast prior to our first day 12km trek. Upon our arrival we were... More

In all conscience I can't give this hotel more than 3 stars... the hotel itself is arguably deserving of more like 1-2 stars. However we will almost certainly stay here again if we return to Sapa. First, the reality check: The rooms weren't great. Old shabby furniture, electrical cords hanging from the bathroom ceiling, etc. The window in our room... More

Booking with sapa eden was an easy and convenient experience. They arranged for our rooms, train, a tour to bac ha market and a trekking tour. Our room had an incredible view! Ms. Trang in particular made this stay very memorable. After getting off a grueling delayed train ride she made herself available for anything we needed, booking tours, getting... More
