In all conscience I can't give this hotel more than 3 stars... the hotel itself is arguably deserving of more like 1-2 stars. However we will almost certainly stay here again if we return to Sapa. First, the reality check: The rooms weren't great. Old shabby furniture, electrical cords hanging from the bathroom ceiling, etc. The window in our room... More

The staff, particularly Ms Trang, spoke excellent English and provided a first class service, always with a friendly smile. The hotel is in a fantastic location for spectacular views of Sa Pa, whether you're sat in the restaurant or your room balcony. The food was lovely and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely place to stay. We had two children with us was very easy and clean. Mrs Trang very friendly and helpful. Nice Breakfast included with amazing view. Easy walk up to shops and close to everything. Lots of space in rooms with kettle so cuppa tea was great first thing. Easy to rent motor bikes I would recommend you do... More

We organised a complete package with the Sapa Eden Hotel which included train, room, food and 2 days of visits/treks Although we were surprised to being staying at their sister hotel (Sapa Eden Lodge), we didn't regret it. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the room was stunning with a fantastic view and the visits with a dedicated local... More

We had lovely stay in Sa Pa at this hotel. The view from our room (and small balcony) were remarkable, and the staff at reception was quite friendly. The bathroom had a bit of a strange odor and could use an update, but this was more than compensated for by the friendly staff. The lunch we are at the restaurant... More

After a night train ride from Ha Noi we where really happy to be welcomed by the extremely nice and friendly lady at the check in counter, even though it was 6 in the morning. After a lovely breakfast (with an extremely nice view) we could have an early check in which was great! Even though the whole of Sa... More

We enjoyed our stay at Sapa Eden Hotel in May 2014. The location is great and the view is amazing (overlooking Cat Cat village). Weather is nice in Sapa too so it's nice to be up in the Mountain area. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious, washroom can use an upgrade but was functional and clean. No A/C or... More

The view from our room was amazing! Room itself was massive with a comfy bed and sofa! The staff were so friendly esp trang and the restaurant crew :) they catered to our palates and made us whatever we wanted to eat for three meals of the day :) Only issue we had was with the toilet in the room... I don't really get into the negative review writing about any experience but I do feel compelled to write this one. My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and when we first arrived were so taken by the amazing views of our room, straight out onto the mountains that we didn't see the small things that the room... My husband and I stayed in the older building (they own another hotel as well, not sure what the name is) and it was fabulous. It's at the end of town, but town is a 10 minute walk from end to end, so don't worry about distances. There's also a great place across the street called Cafe in the Clouds... More
