This charming hotel is on the outskirts of the town is clean and spacious. But the main attraction is the staff is willing to do everything to make you enjoy. Friendly staff enthusiasm. I'm happy about everything, I promise I'll come back here.

Once we arrived in Sapa we decided to change our itinerary and the staff were wonderful in accommodating us. They bent over backwards to help. The waitress wanted to improve her English and we were more than happy to teach her a few words. The beds are a little hard, but everything was provided - tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries, plenty... More

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 11am feeling very hungry after the night train - it was no trouble to cook us breakfast. The view was incredible. The location was great. The hotel has their own tours but it was no trouble to provide advice regarding other tours around Sapa. The bed was a little hard, but... More

A really perfect hotel for a stay in Sapa. It's a little out of the centre so you're away from the constant nagging of the town but isn't so far away that you feel completely isolated. The rooms are lovely and spacious and are great value for money. Breakfast was average but was made better by the incredibly friendly staff... More

This hotel has everything you need for a good stay. We had booked a package that included the overnight train, transfers to the hotel and full board plus guide to accompany on the trekking in Sapa. Everything worked smoothly. As soon has we arrived at the train station the following morning, we had mini bus waiting for us. We had... More

Trang is an utter joy and seeing her at breakfast was a sunny way to start each day, regardless of the weather! Nam was helpful as well with good command of English and local tours. The socked-in weather prevented us from seeing much from our mountain view room which had a nice old world feel. It's cold without central heating,... More

This hotel is a bit distance away from the town centre and market but it is quiet and has a nice view and environment. Ms Trang is a very efficient staff who runs the whole hotel inclusive of cashier, receptionist and help in the restaurant too! She is very attentive and caters to our needs promptly. It meets the standard... More

We booked our trip with HalongSapa tours and stayed at this hotel. The room was large and had electric blanket which was great since It was extremely cold at Sapa. Restaurant had great views and excellent service. The front desk arranged a car for part of the trek since the trail was slippery.
