My partner and I stayed at the Sapa Eden Hotel for a couple of nights while travelling around Vietnam. It is a great hotel and in a nice location, the view from the restaurant and the rooms are spectacular, but what makes this place really special are the staff. Trang was fantastic and went over and above to make mine... More

Organised by our Hotel in Hanoi our trip to Sapa began with a sleepless night on the train followed by an hours drive up the mountain. With no sleep and an empty stomach we were looking forward to our arrival in Sapa for at least a hearty breakfast prior to our first day 12km trek. Upon our arrival we were... More

In all conscience I can't give this hotel more than 3 stars... the hotel itself is arguably deserving of more like 1-2 stars. However we will almost certainly stay here again if we return to Sapa. First, the reality check: The rooms weren't great. Old shabby furniture, electrical cords hanging from the bathroom ceiling, etc. The window in our room... More

Booking with sapa eden was an easy and convenient experience. They arranged for our rooms, train, a tour to bac ha market and a trekking tour. Our room had an incredible view! Ms. Trang in particular made this stay very memorable. After getting off a grueling delayed train ride she made herself available for anything we needed, booking tours, getting... More

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful views from our hotel room! The staff were extremely friendly (thankyou to Trang especially!) but all staff were very helpful and funny! The hotel organised a tour guide to take us to the villages and that was an eye opening awesome experience and the tour guide couldn't have been any better!

We travel in 5 and were suggest to book for Family Suite which has a magnificent mountain view! The room is spacious and clean, the location is great, not so far from the city center and cat cat village. We cannot ask for more. We really enjoy spending a day watching the scenery from our windows and balcony and taking... More

The staff, particularly Ms Trang, spoke excellent English and provided a first class service, always with a friendly smile. The hotel is in a fantastic location for spectacular views of Sa Pa, whether you're sat in the restaurant or your room balcony. The food was lovely and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely place to stay. We had two children with us was very easy and clean. Mrs Trang very friendly and helpful. Nice Breakfast included with amazing view. Easy walk up to shops and close to everything. Lots of space in rooms with kettle so cuppa tea was great first thing. Easy to rent motor bikes I would recommend you do... More

We organised a complete package with the Sapa Eden Hotel which included train, room, food and 2 days of visits/treks Although we were surprised to being staying at their sister hotel (Sapa Eden Lodge), we didn't regret it. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the room was stunning with a fantastic view and the visits with a dedicated local... More

We had lovely stay in Sa Pa at this hotel. The view from our room (and small balcony) were remarkable, and the staff at reception was quite friendly. The bathroom had a bit of a strange odor and could use an update, but this was more than compensated for by the friendly staff. The lunch we are at the restaurant... More
