40 minutes late picking us up, packed lunch was a bowl of below average greasy noodles, whilst our guide enjoyed pork ribs and rice. I left my shirt on the mini bus and was lead to believe it had been returned to the hotel. Two days later, countless text messages and phone calls and going to different locations, my shirt... More

My recollection of this hotel is of a friendly family run hotel with excellent breakfasts. I have pleasant memories of sitting on their dining room balcony eating breakfast or sipping one of their fine beverages while watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. We booked the rooftop room so we could enjoy the magnificent views. Even despite cloud... More

The hotel is very empty for some reasons, but it's a nice little place that offers really cheap prices. We stayed in the dorms and it was alright, but it has the direct view of the Fansipan. The "restaurant/bar" on the second floor is also empty but the beer is cheap. The staffs were quite friendly and they gave us... More

The room was simply not that good... it was small, smelly, not clean and damp. It is very cheap but for a reason. The staff was not very chatty or helpful but OK. The view from the top floor is excellent! Hot water at times... but the worst part was the smell of damp/moist in the room and almost wet... More

Overall not a very good place, the rooms are big but outdated and a bit smelly. Its a bit overpriced but it is still a reasonable price to pay for a room in the center of town. What really made our experience here feel unsatisfactory was that when we came back from a treck to pickup our bags and we... More

Lovely staff who will help you with anything, but the rooms are dated and very very cold. We were offered extra blankets but the windows didn't close properly so we suffered our chills through the night. No wifi in room either which was a disappointment for the price of $10. We found cheaper with heated mattresses round the corner.

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights, room was very dirty especially the bathroom. Also a lot of mould in our room which I believe is a problem at some hotels in Sapa due to the moisture in the air. Def look around for a better guesthouse if you can. The only good thing was the staff were friendly... More

This is not a very good place to stay but, from what I've saw in Sapa, for a budget place, it's average!!!The rooms are old and not so clean and (In my case) there's a lot of damp and mold. We can hardly fall asleep with the amount of moisture in the room....but the view compensates this...the views from the... More

We stayed here for one night and had to leave. We chose to stay here because of a recommendation from lonely planet, but I doubt that they have been here recently. It was hard to make a booking as they never seemed to answer their phone. When we arrived at they bus station and called them they were not helpful... More

We stayed here 2 nights on our tour that we booked from Hanoi. At first glance the hotel seemed too "low budget" but after getting to our room (5th floor no elevator, not to worry they carry your luggage for you) it was actually a superb view of the village! The food was the best breakfast we had in three... More
