We stayed at this hotel as part of a 3 day tour to Sapa. We arrived at around 7.30 am after getting off the train and the ladies at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful - we were checked into our room, served breakfast in the restaurant and had time to have a shower before going out trekking. The... More

One night stay on Daily Trekking tour... Arrived at hotel 6.30am and the lady on reception couldn't be more helpful. We breakfasted (Beef Noodle Soup & pancakes) yummy! Showered (unusual, down an alley, staircase dark little shower room).. All part of the experience of Sapa. I was able to be booked in at 9.30, a and the gave me the... More

We stayed here for 8 nights (yeah, a lot for Sapa, we know :-)) and had a really great time! Breakfast was yummy and the staff was funny, helpful and super nice. They do seem to have a problem with a rather loud water pump on the top floor they forget sometimes to shut off at night... But just ask... More

Operational procedures are unhelpful from a customer standpoint. Most guest arrive in the early hours of the morning. Checkout is around noon. Housekeeping staff could easily clean vacant rooms prior to early morning guest arrival. Instead guests sit are given towels and asked to go to 'bare bones' showers. I booked and paid for a room with a superior view.... More

We booked via e-mail requesting a front facing room with a view but we were instead put into a more expensive triple room with a partial view overlooking an empty lot beside the hotel. Fortunately we were able to move to the one room with the good view but were still charged the triple room rate. The train booking service... More

Nice little hotel with good service. Like usual in Sapa, you have groups of minority people in front of the hotel in the morning, which follow you everywhere to sell their goods or to sell you tours. Restaurant is not as good, as we were used to in Vietnam until Sapa. Renting motorbikes is no problem, but you should check... More

Great view from some of the rooms. Friendly and helpful reception. Decent meals in their restaurant. This was a good home base for trekking. However there are a lot of groups that get off the early morning train and have to wait around for their tour guides so the lobby gets really cramped.

Arrived at the hotel dirty and exhausted and were really pleased with our spacious room with a balcony (it was a bit too misty to see a view!) and lovely big, hot shower! Whilst waiting for our transfer to the train station spent time talking to the girl on reception about the differences between our lives and she is really,... More

I stayed in Fánsipan for a few days and I am so glad. The location is right by the town centre and I got a room on the top floor with amazing views of the mountainous Sapa landscape. They have daily tours and treks with guides from the tribes who know the trail well. It's a bit pricier than your... More
