In Mars 2014 we stayed 5 nights to "Fansipan view hotel" , Very cheap hotel, simple, no lux but a lot of charm. Very warm welcome always smiling and joking and ready to help you. Ideal situation, not far to the main street and not far to the lake We highly recommend this hotel We wish you all the best... More

We booked this hotel as part of a package from our hotel in Hanoi and were not dissapointed. They really try to please and manage it too! Nothing is too difficult. Don't expect 5 star but it is more than adequate for a stay in Sapa. Our room had a balcony overlooking the valley and was very comfortable. The hotel... More

We booked a four day trekking tour with Awesome Travel in Hanoi and stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff was not just very friendly and helpful in any way, they really cared for us and made our stay a wonderful one we can only recommend to anybody. The rooms are clean, the view stunning, the location a... More

Best hotel in Vietnam! We stayed two days at this hotel and wished we had planned for more. The staff are stand-out friendly, taking a genuine interest in our enjoyment of Sa Pa, and speak very good English. The rooms were great, with a good shower (hard to find in Vietnam), heater in the room, and reasonably comfortable beds. The... More

Despite all the fog during our stay, we had a amazing view from our hotelroom. It was very clean and the bed was really comfy. The guy at the reception was extremely friendly and it was nice to talk with him. He told us some beautiful stories about Sapa which make your stay even better. Breakfast was at the hotel... More

Stayed 2 nights, wished for more. Up some steep steps from the road, well away from the stress of the main street and its temptations, although a few Hmong ladies do linger by the front door trying to sell stuff as soon as you emerge. Staff have good English and helpful advice regarding local walks or extended treks. Our room... More

We stayed at the hotel in October 2013 for two nights. The staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly a lady at the reception call Thuyen. On leaving she gave my wife a nice silk scarf which she treasured. People like Thuyen are a credit to Vietnam. The rooms were nice and clean and great value for money and the... More

My husband and I stayed here as part of our Sapa package tour through Hanoi Old Centre. It sits high on a hill looking over the town with a good view of the streets and mountains. This hotel is very central to the lake, trekking trails, restaurants and markets without being crowded in by small streets and hectic shops. The... More

We were booked into this hotel as part of an organised tour to Sa Pa and were expecting the worst. We were very happy to find that the hotel is a great place to stay. Situated right in the heart of the town, it's a stones throw from everything. The family who own it are very friendly and helpful, the... More
