We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed our clean, quiet room with a nice view of the mountains. The air con, wifi, and plumbing all worked fine, and the breakfast was pretty good as well (the crepes are especially good, as is the fried rice - try it with Chinese sausage and a fried egg). The desk organized a lovely... More

Stayed here for two nights in July 2014. The staff were wonderful. Couldn't have been more helpful. The room was exceptionally clean but a little too cluttered (too much furniture is our triple) and the sink needed a repair. Shower was great though! I was perfectly happy here and felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to stay here... More

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was more than happy to help us with anything we needed and the room had a beautiful view. Location was good, close to both the lake, restaurants and the market. When I left Sapa I forgot my iPhone in the lobby. The amazing staff found it and called the manager that... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, good service and location. A bit noisy and breakfast was not great, but it was good value for money. The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was great! The hotel can organise tours for you and will pick you up from Lao Cai for free!

We had a nice stay in this hotel in Sapa. The location is good and we had a room with a beautiful view. Rooms are clean and modern, the bed has a new soft mattress. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and speaks good English. Breakfast was OK, but this could be improved. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We felt we did very well to have been recommended this hotel from one of the staff from our hotel in Hanoi. Only stayed the one night but got so much value for that. The staff were so open and friendly. Having a cup of vietnamese coffee or two and hearing stories from his time living and working in Sapa.... More

We were booked into this hotel as part of a 2 day 1 night Sapa tour. The rooms are really big and bed was extremely comfy. The room was clean and shower was excellent. We also had a great view. We ate at the restaurant as part of the tour and the food was very good too. I would recommend... More

Although I spent only 1 night in this hotel, yet I like everything about it. The location is good. The breakfast is nice. Choices of meals in the restaurant (for lunch or dinner if you feel like it) is numerous. Front desk is very attentive, even played a couple of songs using the-thought-to-be-abondoned guitar in one afternoon.... really a breeze... More

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountainside. The shower (& water pressure) was about the best I experienced in my whole SE asia trip. Besides those points, the real gem here is the staff and the helpfulness in booking tours, suggestions for hikes in the area etc.... More
