I arrived to Sapa at 7 in the AM from the train from Hanoi to Lao Cai. The staff at Fansipan organized a transfer at the station. That went smoothly. I arrived in Sapa an hour later and I was told my hotel wasn't ready. However, as I sat down for breakfast in the adjoining restaurant from Fansipan, Quang- the... More

We stayed this hotel for 1 nite for our Sapa trip and was given early check-in at 10.30am as there was room available. Breakfast upon arrival is chargeable at USD3 per pax and children half price. We didn't take the breakfast as it was simple and settled on our own. We booked the family room and breakfast was only provided... More

We really like the room in Fansipan View Hotel, it is big and clean room. We appreciate the delicious food provided in such a cold weather that help to keep us warm. We also appreciate the tour guide and the staffs there who provide a lot of information during the time we were in Sa Pa. They are very friendly... More

This Hotel was organised for me from THE JASMINE Hotel Hanoi and I was not disappointed. The room was large and very clean, the bathroom was big too and looked quite new. The Hotel was located up an alley way away a little from the main street. The dining room was excellent, dinner was great and was included in my... More

The price was right and everything about the hotel was fine. The room I had was exceptionally large, spotlessly clean, and everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing was really hot. Good bread and good crepes. No lift and up some steep steps from the road. Definitely not recommended for anyone who... More

Tried to find a good budget hotel with little / no flaws in SAPA but after weeks still did not manage to find one. It finally occurred to me that SAPA is in the mountains and rural so we cannot expect to have everything we want at that price. After mentally adjusting my expectations, I found this hotel acceptable. The... More

I guess some of the rooms have nice views, but the rooms don't have safety boxes and our room had a strong smell, probably anti mold liquid. Rooms are worn down but pretty big. Restaurant is average, tried both local food and pizza. The WiFi of the hotel was really bad most of the time. The staff was nice and... More

We had a short stayover here both before and after some Sapa overnight treks. It was comfortable, the breakfasts provided were good, the transport to our trek tours was efficient and overall we were very pleased. It is a short hike up the hill from the marketplace and bus transport down below but it is worth the climb.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. A bit hard to find, it is hidden behind some buildings. The staff is really friendly and helpfull, good wide room with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast, a lot to choose from. The biggest plus here: the bed, wow never had a soft, big bed as this before in Asia, felt like home... More

We have just left this great little hotel and returned to hanoi after 2 brilliant days in Sapa. It's not until you check into a faceless Sheraton in hanoi that you truly realise how great Fansipan View hotel was! We knew it was good at the time but now it's even better. We found it clean and tidy, yes a... More
