We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very nice, centrally located, the bar and restaurant area are well equipped and the food they serve is very good. The staff is friendly and polite and ready to help. Our room ( n 501 ) was big with comfortable beds , clean, spacious with a balcony where you can enjoy the... More

The manager/chef of this hotel was very, very friendly and accommodating - right from the moment we walked in to the restaurant/lobby area, he made us feel very welcome with a smile, a wave and a chat! We got 50% off our room, I think because of the renovations that were going on at the time, which weren't really a... More

Stayed here for one night. Location was pretty good but there are many hotels that would have been better. Room was very large and clean but smelled of mildew and overlooked the street below. Ask for a valley/mountain view, it's much prettier. 3rd floor of hotel was undergoing construction - quite a lot of noise early in the morning. I... More

Two years in a row, great experiences staying at the Boutique Sapa! We enjoyed doing a night there, a homestay, and another night back at the Boutique. Good amount of time to be in Sapa. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, and it is a fair price for a really nice view.

We stayed at the Boutique Sapa Hotel for two nights in July 2014. The hotel arranged pickup from Lao Cai train station and this was good - the driver was waiting for us. We arrived at the hotel and had breakfast which was also good. We kind of got sucked in to buying organised trips - silly really - we... More

The Boutique Sapa Hotel is a great hotel for a few days in Sapa. The rooms are large and in good condition. But many (ours included) seem to lack a wardrobe or hanging space for clothes - a small point but may affect some visitors in the cooler wetter seasons wanting to dry wet clothes. The beds were a little... More

This hotel is inaccessible for the disabled as rooms are up stairs and it lacks a lift. However apart from that staying here is an unforgettable experience. The receptionist was friendly. I arranged a late checkout for a bargain US$18. Our room was on the rooftop, one of two (603) and had a large patio with outstanding mounTain and rice... More

We stopped here for coffee and cake on our first day in Sapa, was great. We ate dinner here also and decided to do the cooking class, to learn some of the recipes for the food we had eaten. On the day of the class we selected 2 starters and 2 mains ( one we had left up to the... More

I have been to Sapa on business many times in the past nine years, and I have stayed in different hotels over the years. This one is, by far, the best. Excellent management, the restaurant is the best place to eat in town, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Most of the year Sapa is "in the clouds"... More

Smiling hotel staff greeted us when we arrived. The team continued to accompany us in all our requests. Includes organizing guided tours of the area and collecting car terminal track. Excellent hotel restaurant. Real good coffee. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We got two rooms. Room adjust the view was amazing. But the room facing the road was noisy and... More
