Stayed at the beginning of Feb, the hotel was wonderful, very welcoming, great staff, great food, spacious rooms, great view. We really enjoyed it, the only problem was the heating- or yet the lack of it. it was very cold outside, but also inside, the hotel doesn't have a real heating system, they try to compensate by putting small electrical... We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel during Tet, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment the staff met us at the train station after taking the night train from Hanoi, until they put us back on the train 3 days later, we enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel and the guides they employ. Our room... More

Upon our arrival to this hotel we were greeted by the hotel staff, who were extremely friendly, to take our bags and welcome us in. We were greeted by the family as well who offered us tea and home-made treats while they readied our rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming, extremely clean and had very tasteful decor.... More

Spent two nights at the Boutique Sapa hotel. Very good hotel with great views, nice rooms, quality restaurant/food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had a nice area out front where you could sit and enjoy a coffee. Had an excellent massage at the hotel while I was there too which took care of a few sores... More

My partner and I stayed here for our overnight stay in Sapa. Positives: - Electric blankets on the bed and small heater in the room. - The Head chef was very friendly and welcoming. - We were unable to shut our bedroom window, so we let the staff know and it was fixed when we came back to the hotel.... We stayed here for two nights due to a recommendation of our friends that was here two years ago. Except the food that was really good, the room was cold, the bed hard as a stone and the worst thing was the awful shower with very little hot water. The staff moved us to another room (smaller) and the problem... More

Despite the rain and mist during our weekend in Sapa, this was the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam, thanks to Maria, he husband-chef and everyone else at this delightful, charming boutique hotel. Everything happens in the one room - the reception, open kitchen, dining room, lounge and it is so warm and inviting. The food was excellent and we... More

Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. Mattress just a piece of foam , no welcome and mean service. Awful wish we stayed at a much cheaper hotel with good beds and friendly service. The youth hostel sounded way way better for $5 a night according to the girls we met the next day. Stayed in a whole range... More

Spent two nights in the Boutique Sapa Hotel - great location within walking distance of the main streets and sights. Friendly staff, good views, relaxed atmosphere. Had a great massage there too. I'd recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Sapa.
