We have recently had a short stay in the Boutique Sapa Hotel and it was terrific. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. As we were returning to Hanoi by night train, we were given a simple 'care package' of water and fruit for our trip. The dining room was BY FAR the VERY BEST in... More

We stayed in boutique Sapa hotel in late September early October, this Hotel was excellent, the staff were wonderful, especially,Maria, she could not do enough for us. When it was time to catch the overnight train back to Hanoi she packed us a beautiful hamper, I could not believe the effort she went to. The rooms were beautiful very clean... More

If there is such as a 4-star Vietnamese hotel in Sapa, this is it. Because it is situated at the farther end of town (Sapa is a small walking town). It is like a quiet oasis away from the chaos of the town center. Everything in Sapa is within a twenty minute walk. The breakfast included in the room is... More

I would like to recommend the cooking class with Canh. He is so nice, explains everything, patient and informative. We had so much fun! We chose the dishes from the restaurant menu. Then went to the market and bought ingredients. Then came back to the kitchen and cooked with Canh. Do it!!!

We could not have asked for better service from Boutique Sapa Hotel. Huyen Tran, Sales & Marketing Manager, went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. She was friendly, welcoming, and keen to meet our every need. We were even lucky enough to travel back to Nanoi with her on the train, where she ensured we obtained a... More

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very nice, centrally located, the bar and restaurant area are well equipped and the food they serve is very good. The staff is friendly and polite and ready to help. Our room ( n 501 ) was big with comfortable beds , clean, spacious with a balcony where you can enjoy the... More

The manager/chef of this hotel was very, very friendly and accommodating - right from the moment we walked in to the restaurant/lobby area, he made us feel very welcome with a smile, a wave and a chat! We got 50% off our room, I think because of the renovations that were going on at the time, which weren't really a... More

Stayed here for one night. Location was pretty good but there are many hotels that would have been better. Room was very large and clean but smelled of mildew and overlooked the street below. Ask for a valley/mountain view, it's much prettier. 3rd floor of hotel was undergoing construction - quite a lot of noise early in the morning. I... More

Two years in a row, great experiences staying at the Boutique Sapa! We enjoyed doing a night there, a homestay, and another night back at the Boutique. Good amount of time to be in Sapa. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, and it is a fair price for a really nice view.
