We initially stayed at a hotel just down from Sapa Boutique and only when we realised all the deficiencies we opted for this hotel instead. Our initial attraction was the warm hospitality shown to us by the staff. The large sized rooms were very super comfortable and you get an unbeatable view of the valley to match. But the standout... If you are looking for an incredibly cheaply built hotel which charges a premium this is it! Let's start with the details shall we? First, to minimize cost we will be short staffed - this will ensure that when you check in we won't have anyone available to help carry your luggage up the 6 flights of stairs. Also, no... More

We had a privat cooking class for 4 people with Canh in Boutique hotel. We went to the local market bought the products, went back to the restaurant and cooked: spring rool, green papay salad, chicken with passion fruit and vegetables hot pot. Canh was so professional, explained every thing and let us cook. The food was so good !... More

I'd book this hotel directly with Maria, She's very helpful woman, The hotel very clean you will see cleaner did his job all time because Sapa is humidity town it's easy to dirty and slip. Room is amazing, there warm bed and heater. Breakfast is good enough, not a lot of choice but every dish is fine.

this hotel was undergoing some renovation but the whole place is beautiful and they gave us a free spa treatment. We had a huge room with massive beds. The hostess was lovely and booked us a wonderful trip trekking the mountains.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel which we found to be exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and with the most amazing views of the Fansipan mountains even from the bed! The rooms had great balconies to sit and emerse yourself in the views for hours. Huyen and her family and staff are welcoming and very friendly. Was great watching... More

The room is spacious with a nice mountain view. The buffet breakfast offers lots of choices with eggs cooked to your style. But judging from comments of others, buffet breakfast may be available only when there is a group tour. We booked trekking tour through the hotel which arranged a guide who is an ethnic minority from a local village.... More

I just spent 2+ weeks here at the hotel. The view from the room was great. The staff where all very friendly. I like the choices for breakfast. And also the restaurant does nice lunches and dinners. Even nice pizza which surprised me. Oh during winter they included a small heater and a electric blanket. I used the heater but... More

I have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is nice with big room and small heater in room. I got balcony room with great Ham Rong mountain view. The location is good, near center. Basic breakfast but the lobby is bit dark..need more lights.

Staff very good. No buffet breakfast so pretty basic breakfast. Lunch A la Carte quite good. Recommended Dinner hot pot nothing to rave about but good experience. No lifts but this is normal for these developing tourist areas. Over looking interesting street. Rooms had a balcony and all large with good bathroom. Close enough to shops, lake and attractions. Massages... More
