Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was decent yet sometimes had problems with communication. Provided with an electric blanket when asked as the nights tend to get quite cold in Sapa. There was no hot shower and every night we had to fight with lots of insects. The last night there was a fight between some cockroaches in the... More

We booked to stay here for 4 nights after reading many positive reviews on bookings.com. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of town and our room was of a good size. Hot water was reliable and we had excellent mountain views from the fourth floor. We had omelettes for breakfast downstairs one day which was certainly... More

The hotel is well located in a street with many shops and services. The staff are friendly and speak English well enough. Breakfast is not included but take the restaurant is not too expensive. The room is spacious but very basic. The cleaning could be improved. The towels were wet and cups that were in the room were dirty with... More

Heart of Sapa town. Very touristy town has many high end accommodations but queen hotel is the vest budget hotel for the price. Cute lobby, rooms are a bit worn, but clean. Basic Viet bathroom. BUT, location and price make this my go-to in Sapa.

I enjoyed this place immensely. Okay, not without its foibles, but for $10 or so, you can't demand the earth. Wifi was a bit weak but you work with it. Food was very good to my palate, they even made me their own bún chả variant which was not on the menu. The staff were very accommodating. One word of... More

Located in the middle of the main tourist area. We had a big room in the 5. floor with a good view. the room was clean, although a little worn out. No breakfast included. Watch out when you want to let them make any bookings for you. The booked train tickets to Hanoi for us and had us pay 450000... More

We only stayed here for one night, on our way out after the end of our tour. It struck us that we wished had stayed longer and enjoyed Sapa for a day or two longer, on its own: it's such a charming wee town. We stayed here simply as a one-night, so weren't too bothered, but we felt it was... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a good location on the main street of Sapa, close to the restaurants/tours etc. but the hotel was very badly maintained! We paid $20 per night which was very expensive for the quality - we even had a cockroach in our room. The room was not cleaned daily and towels... More
