Service and atmosphere. Have not stayed here but have eaten here once and on our last visit we simply came for the cocktails, the pool table and the relaxed and non pretentious surroundings. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and air conditioned and the menu covers all the bases. The desserts are worth saving room for. If I'm ever here again... More

Like others, this was my jumping off point for the speedboat to Phnom Penh, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Good room, good breakfast and well-located. More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first night I stayed in a room that had a mouldy smell but thought it was just me, however I had a few people from my group stick their head in the room to double check and they too could smell it. I asked reception for a room change on the... More

We stayed here one night transferring to Cambodia and were very pleased with the staff and Hotel. They had upgraded our room and already had air conditioning on in it upon arrival, which was very nice after traveling four house through the hot humid delta.Very nice hotel for the area, with a nice pool and grounds on the banks of... This superb hotel, located on the banks of the Hau branch of the Mekong River, successfully creates the illusion of a French colonial outpost of yore, even though it dates only to 1999. We stayed at two Victoria hotels during an eight-day cycling trip through the Mekong Delta, and this one edged out its older sibling at Can Tho (which... More

We had a quick overnight stay at the Victoria Hotel, and wished we had longer there. It is wonderfully elegant, with excellent customer service, a fabulous view from the balcony and beautiful, spacious rooms. Our room service dinner was excellent, if not a little pricey, and arrived promptly, and the complementary breakfast had the best range I've seen so far... More

We, family with 2 boys 10/11, stayed there 1 night in December. We had 2 connecting rooms, 1 king & 1 twin. Rooms were clean, well furbished, as far as we could see best choice in this area. Waking up, opening the doors to the Balcony and seeing all the activity on the river...wow, could have watched for hours !!... More

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. it is located at a junction on the Mekong River. It is absolute waterfront, the view from the hotel and the rooms is wonderful. The pool is great. The breakfast was fantastic - wonderful French bread! We caught the cheap fast boat from the hotel wharf to Phnom Penh. Very... More

The rooms are definitely too expensive as the hotel itself is quite old and there are many details which could be improved taking into account the price you pay (the shower didn't work very well for example). However, it is the only hotel of this category in the town, so they enjoy some kind of monopoly. We were upgraded to... More

Amazing location: best view on the Mekong river, short walking distance to the heart of town but far enough to be quiet. Very nice deco in the rooms, better than most hotels in Saigon ! Pool, wifi, nice breakfast buffet with a view, Interesting souvenir shop, Only weakness: all service stops at 10pm, and maybe earlier depending on the mood... More
