With a name like Satisfy Hotel, I had doubts. It turned out to be a modern hotel with a colonial flair. Our room had a glass shower. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was great. The staff went out of their way to satisfy us. Especially the bellboy turned waiter for dinner. The pool was refreshing after... More

Dinner & breakfast was included in our tariff but staff had difficulty understanding our orders although they were lovely & very polite. Room was fine but hotel had no lift & we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rooms, not good as I have a bad hip. Hotel in very bad position, nowhere nearby of any... More

The hotel was excellent, everything appeared to be almost new. We seemed to be the only guests, maybe it was low season. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside, if any, is the distance from the CBD.

We arrived in Chau Doc for a 2 days stay before moving to Phu Quoc. The staff was very nice and helpful, they also gave us a new year present! The room was very simple but with a comfortable bed, spacious shower and big bathroom. We were the only guests at that moment and it felt kinda weird but on... More

Not Satisfy very dis satisfying!! If you want a good nights sleep or to be near the town centre, do not stay here. As it was the quiet season (May), I don't think anyone else was staying at the hotel. The restaurant was closed & the pool which looked good in the photos was green!!!! There were heaps of small... Brand new construction, this lovely place is about 5 minutes from town. The staff is very kind. The major plusses about the Satisfy are that one, there is an in house restaurant that serves delicious food including breakfast and the pool area is divine. We were in Vietnam in March of 2012, and let me tell you, it's hot! The... More

We stayed here for our last night in Vietnam (10 days total). We came to Chau Doc to take a speed boat Down the Mekong River into Phnom Penh, so I do not really know what other attractions may be here. The staff seemed nice and yes, they did take our passport to give to the "government" but we got... More

Out of all the hotels I have stayed in whilst in Vietnam, this was the worst. If you want a good nights sleep or to be near the town centre do not stay here. On arrival the desk told us as we were checking in that they were taking our passports for details and would give them back in an... More
