Loei palace located a bit far away from community, opposite loei city football club. Hotel staff have service mind. The room rate is very good price. Breakfast is fair. Room is clean but look old. Anyway it still be a good choice when you stay at loei.

Certainly the best place to stay in Loei. Spacious room - ok, the grouting around the bath could do with renewing and the buffet breakfast is not that great but it has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and is clean. Nice to just sit outside in the evening by the Bangkok Railway carriage and enjoy a cool drink and a... More

Had read various reviews of this and originally wanted to book King Hotel in Loei - but they didn't answer emails, so booked five nights at the Loei Palace. Lovely airy reception area and room was spacious and clean - I am extremely 'picky' and yes some things could be improved in the room but perfectly acceptable at a good... More

My family and I stayed during the quite season, we had a nice quite stay. The rooms are ok but rather dated, perhaps the whole hotel needs an update. The staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The pool area is good for children and clean. I don't have any complaints and as this is the best Hotel... More

Hotel quite old. Ground floor fully open. Very loud airco. Airco's machines hanging right outside the room. No balcony. Old, not renowated swimming pool - apparently accesible even to the people who were not hotel quests. Water dirty, jacuzzi not working, not mentioning the yellow water in the jacussi. Breakfast - not a huge choice of food but still OK.... More

The hotel staff were extremely nice.We got upgraded to a suite which was pretty amazing. However the walls in the bedroom were badly cracked and damaged-I'm assuming from flooding a few years ago. The food in the restaurant was a big let down-as there was little or no eating options near the hotel,we ate in the hotel and it was truly... More

Our stay at this hotel was ok, It is not in central Loe, so you have to walk a bit to get to other restaurants, shopping and quick marts. The free breakfast was as usual, typical cheap array of food. Did enjoy taking a walk after breakfast in the well manicured gardens/park just outside the hotel

Clean and comfortable despite being a bit worn. Some western food available which is edible but not excellent, worth checking it's cooked properly, however the Thai food is very good.. Very helpful staff

We have stayed here many times and have always found consistently good. The staff are very sweet and obliging. On this occasion we stayed for a few days and were given an upgrade to a massive room which was gratefully appreciated. It was during the Loy Kratong festival and the town around the lake and near the hotel was jumping.... More

I have no idea who and why built such a hotel in such a small town. There is not much to be seen in Loei, however if you travel across Isaan province (the northeastern part of Thailand) it is a good place to stay for a couple of days. Loei Palace hotel is a large building (I guess approx. 200... More
