although friendly service this hotel is probably on the list to be torn down. When we visited the hotel only two floors were in use. The pool is used by the local childeren. We stayed two nights. The second morning there was no breakfast buffet due to the small amount of guests. We could order from the menu. Not great.... More

We had two days at the Loei Palace which is standard hotel with large (deluxe) rooms that have a private balcony for the smokers. This place is busy with conferences, weddings etc and can get a little rowdy. Signs of the great flood that went through the place a few years back are still there to see. Free wifi is... More

I checkout of here earlier today after a one night stay. It is apparent whoever designed this hotel did so to make it amazing. What it likely once was is a very rare find for the area. It is quite possible this was once the best hotel in all of Isaan (Northeast-Thai). There are still MANY signs of that and... More

Nothing but service at this hotel. since i am in wheelchair we got our own parkinspot infront of the hotel. The beds are very comfy and most be the best bed i ever sleep in, when comes to hotels. It is a good hotel for single and families. Swimmingpool was nice. I did not swim, but my girfriend and daughter... More

The old hotel in Loei province. I book a room for 2 nights at this place. There was a fly and several ants in my room. The bathtub was almost broken so I could use only the shower. Not enough accommodations in the room such as slippers and hair dryer. The TV was very old and the remote barely worked.... More

We were very well looked after here and made to feel very welcome. Particular thanks to Sirinath, whose English is excellent and who couldn't have been more helpful, and to the manager of the restaurant/new wine bar (Chiang, we think) who went out of his way to provide us with a range of vegetarian options, and also to our very... Nice old hotel, the old is not a negative, just that if you are expecting a brand new hotel, this isn't the place. It is however the place that I will return to as it's a great location, value for money and the Super friendly and helpful staff do a great job. During my stay, we were upgraded to suites.... More

The hotel is near the center of Loei, walking distance, but in a quiet area. The rooms are large, but our bathroom needed some renovation. Damages in the bathtube. There is free wifi in the rooms and a TV with foreign channels. Staff is nice, but they speak little english. The breakfast, which is included in the roomprice, is based... More
