Villa is traditionally furnished, comfortable and pool was clean. More crockery and utensils could be useful. It is a quiet location just up from beach, warungs and bars and cafes are about 15 minute walk by road or 3 mins by beach. Easy to travel around on pushbike. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is okay, but you have to order the... More

My wife and I stayed five nights in one of the villas and really enjoyed having a whole villa (two floors), garden and private pool! You could tell that the villa was a little old but it is still functional even if it does not have the same finish as it must have had when new. Unfortunately, the sun didn't... More

Nice place to stay with family and enjoying friendly service. The swimming pool was so enjoyable to dip into. Quite and tranquile. Short walk from the beach away from hustle and bustle of Kita beach. Just a perfect place to enjoy family holiday, as my kids love it too. If you wasn't to have a quiete family holiday on the... More

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. I will start with the pros: • Walking distance to the beach and surf spots Berawa, Old man and Echo beach • Spacious and clean • Small kitchen (hot boiling water, fridge and microwave, cuttlery, no stove) • Yoga classes and a good simple warung (indonesian small restaurant) next door • Accept credit... A lovely villa and getaway place to stay away from the crowds of Kuta, Sanur, and Ubud. A bit out of the way of anything else though. Everything was decorative, in good working order, clean, and very comfortable. Kitchenette came in handy. Some inconveniences like no phone in the shared villa's rooms or common areas. There was no air-conditioning in... More

Pro: friendly and helpful staff, near the beach, clean Contra: partly renovations and repairs are needed (air condition, shower head...), neighborhood was partly noisy with construction work, small but usefu things are missing often (no icecube maker, minI bar not fully stocked , no phone....), long drive from Kuta

Our family has stayed here a couple of times and we love it. The villas are big and comfy. Even though you pay for a one bedroom, they are all actually two bedrooms. AC works great. The small private pool is great for the kids or an afternoon cool down. Staff are mostly invisible. You only really interact on an... More

The rooms are very large and furnished with very traditional Bali artifacts and furniture. The beds are very comfortable the air conditioning works very well. The staff are delightful and so helpful. A few hundred meters from the beach and then a 5 minute walk along to Batu Balong beach. Great value. Would recommend.

We stayed at Tirtarum for 4 days at the end of our Bali trip in June and it was the perfect ending to an amazing adventure. The staff was so friendly, helpful, easy to approach and even presented us with a traditional bali souvenir on our last day. The villas feel like authentic beach accommodation, the outdoor shower was great,... More
