Having been to Goa several times I expected Kerala accomodation to be even more basic but I was pleasantly surprised. Tha Sandy Beach is small but very well run. The rooms are basic but clean and there is a ceiling fan which keeps you cool at night. The shower was one of the better showers I have experienced in India.... more

A clean, no-frills budget place very conveniently located just behind the centre of Lighthouse Beach. Fan only, no a/c, but I didn't feel it was needed.
