You just dont need to step out if you are at the Leela. Price of course is a bit expensive. For 5 star hospitality, no regrets. Its the place. Pampering, guest relations, dining experience, rooms, food choice. Its just fantastic. Beach view is the best no doubt. More

Location of this hotel is unbeatable.... The housekeeping, fnb, travel desk, etc. staff is also fairly warm and friendly.... Though cleanliness in the rooms and generally through out the property needs improvisation. possibly the leela is the best located hotel in kovalam and has the only decent stretch of beach that one could probably visit in kovalam. The room was filthy and thickly laden with dust and red sand. The bathroom and toilet was the same and not even wiped or cleaned.
