I was in Tianjin for 1 night on business and I stayed at the Ruiwan Hotel. The hotel lobby and lounge area was nice but a little run down in areas. My room was stylishly decorated and there was plenty of places to put my luggage. The bathroom was nicely laid out as well with good lighting and lots of... More

Spent on two occasions a night in the hotel. Staff is very polite altough very little english.Rooms are clean and well furnished, even though the air conditioner seems to be straining to keep up with the heat.

We took 3 rooms for 2 nights during business travel. The AC in all rooms did not perform, it was working but could not cool the rooms. WiFi signals are weak and ineffective. Meals are OK though, with some Veggie options also. Won't stay next time.

Stayed at this hotel several times, good choice for business trip. Rooms well appointed, spacious with all facilities. Restaurant has been refurbished since last visit, which was long overdue, buffet served is adequate, but suggest to got for the cooked on request noodles and soup, much better and hot. Tried Japanese restaurant, have had better, also no atmosphere, food was... More

Good five star Hotel in Tianjin area. Located a little bit far away from city centre and restaurants. Well connected by taxi (always a couple of them waiting outside the Hotel), is very cheap so no problem moving around. Hotel is clean and new, rooms are quite enough big, with every comfort, very clean. Room service is passing 2/3 times... More

Okay, again I just stayed just one night at the Ruiwan Hotel. Actually, it is located in a slightly remote area, so unless you don't have any business to do in the port of Tianjin, it is not a good choice. Overall impression was quite good, the hotel still seems to be quite new. Room size was very good, breakfast... More

Its new, but upon arriving and chking in at 12.30am , I was shock to see how dark the common area is. Never mind, as I told myself, i am not sleeping in the common area. When I got to my floor, lift doors opened and it was so dark. I though power went off and the emergency light came... More
