Friendly staff, clean showers, rest rooms. Laundry, WiFi. Convenient location on the way to Denali. Quiet. Go for the pull-through spots that are laid out around the circular grass field with a shared grill.

We checked in for a couple nights and stayed for two weeks! The "Super Sites" at the back of the park are spacious, nice grass, and good WiFi signal. The weekly rate with Good Sam discount works out to just over $30 a night ($215 for 7 days). The restroom and showers are clean, and the laundry is the same... More

We stayed here for 5 days. The associates in the office are so pleasant. We had a supersite pull-thru which was graveled and long enough for the 40' rig and the car. We were able to get our Dish Satellite in site 28. We would stop here again and have referred it to others.

Big Bear RV park and cabins are quiet and well-managed. The facilities are clean. Showers are INCLUDED in your stay so no extra charge and the water is HOT! Laundry, playground and a covered picnic shelter with barbeque grills are available for use. The wifi is slow at peak times but it still works better than most RV parks internet... More

We really like this park. It is tidy, the huge bathrooms are spotless and the views are fantastic. We like to stay in the area surrounded by a large mowed grass field. There are options for every type of rig. They have recently added a whole row of pull-through sites. They also have propane and a large guest laundry.

We stay at big bear every year! The staff is always friendly and it is very clean! There is a modest playground and a nice field for the kids to play. Most of the sites are level which is helpful with a camper.

After driving 2 hrs to Chicago, flying to Anchorage, picking up our RV rental, stopping to stock up with groceries, et al, we drove about 45 minutes to Big Bear RV Park. After a long day, we found their office staff of one person to be very welcoming and helpful. The office area was tidy and included a little gift... More

I have travelled from the East Coast to Alaska, in a pop-up. Out of all the RV Parks I have stayed in the US and Canada, this was the BEST. Most RV Parks were parking lots with little grass (if any) and no where to walk your friendly four legged animals. If you want a nice family and pet friendly... More

INTERNET: After traveling through a number of RV parks I am seeing a trend when it comes to internet service advertised and what is actually provided when you arrive. Many parks advertise internet, however when you arrive, the internet is restricted, meaning you only get a certain number of mgs, or hours of use, or is only available in the... More

I wholly agree with what the other review said, but that doesn't warrant only "3 stars." 5 stars for being clean, convenient and quiet. When I told them that we would be arriving after hours, she taped all our needed information on the door for us. They have wifi, clean showers, electric. Big Bear made for a great first night...
