The cabins are very nice and clean! You can't beat the view. We stayed in cabin 5 and it was beautiful. Sleeps 6-7 comfortably. Two bedrooms with 3/4 bathrooms (no tub but extra large rooms). Another room w/ bunk beds. There's even a washer & dryer! Would recommend! A++

These cabins are perfect. The host has thought of everything that would make one's stay enjoyable and comfortable. The big thing for me is the washer and dryer. We had to pack lightly so I have to do a little wash. With these inside of the room- well it is a blessing! There is a million dollar view from out... More

We can say that the cabin is beautiful, clean, very well equipped. Or that the view of the ocean and volcanoes are astonishing. Or that we could make wonderful campfires (when not winding). Or that Chuck is not only a great host for the minor details thru everything you need (including the campfires). Or that from here we visited so... More

This was our second trip to Alaska and we wish we would have known about Cabins on the Bluff the first time we went. The first thing we saw upon arrival was a moose. The view is breath taking. The cabin was stellar. We loved ever single bit of it. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We just... More

Our host thought of everything in these snug cabins - outdoor fire pits pre-stacked with wood, an outdoor propane grill to BBQ our steaks, FULLY furnished kitchen and supplies, pleasant decor. It was hard to stay out of the wonderfully comfortable beds in order to enjoy the view from the deck with my hubby. We truly enjoyed ourselves here at... More

These adorable log cabins are sparkling clean with the most incredible views overlooking Cook Inlet and 3 snow capped volcanoes. The cabins are filled with everything you need including spices, high end cookware, great dishes, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and even a washer and dryer. Each cabin has its own fire pit with wood, gas grill, and picnic table.... More

We had an amazing time visiting these cabins. Beautiful with excellent service. Make sure to catch low tide and try your hand at razor clamming at Clam Gultch just minutes away. They will supply the gear :)

We stayed 5 nights mid August and we're already planning to return with friends in to share this lovely gem. Centrally located and perfectly decorated with spectacular views of the Cook Inlet and midnight sunsets with Mt. Iliamna and Mt. Redoubt showcasing the view. It was difficult to close the blinds and settle in for the next day's activities so... More

I just returned from 9 days in Alaska and Cabins on the Bluff was by far the best experience I had. I stayed in 4 different places in 9 days and this place was easily the best. Chuck the owner made sure that everything I needed I got. The place is incredible and the price is unbelievably reasonable. The pictures... More

We spent the first part of our trip to the Kenai Peninsula in Cabin #5 (the Poppy cabin) at Cabins on the Bluff. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay there our whole trip because Poppy is booked until the end of August. Poppy was perfectly stocked from the kitchens to the bathrooms; there was nothing that we needed that we couldn't find.... More

5 Oceanfront Vacation Cabins:Premier accommodations with panoramic views of Mt Redoubt, Mt Iliamna & Mt Spurr volcanoes. Our new knotty pine cabins are set on the edge of a 200 ft high bluff overlooking the scenic Cook Inlet. Our secluded location on the Kenai Peninsula is only a 15 to 60 minute drive to Ninilchik, Anchor Point, Homer, Kasilof, Soldotna and Kenai. We're one mile off the Sterling Hwy affording opportunities to see moose, eagles and even bears on our 28 acre property. Besides the breath-taking ocean views from each cabin living room, dining room and 20ft covered porch, we are close to excellent sport fishing opportunities. Halibut fishing charters leave daily from Ninilchik and Homer. Excellent salmon fishing is close by on the Ninilchik, Kasilof and Kenai Rivers. Not to forget mentioning that razor clam digging is only 3 miles north at the Clam Gulch beach. ... more   less
